so glad you liked Firefly Jilly! I thought that Malcolm & Inara would get together, but Joss doesn't always like to couple everyone up - or if he does, something bad happens! I still haven't forgiven him for some of the Buffy storylines! When are you watching Serenity? I can't wait to hear what you thought about it.

The last episode of Castle I watched was brilliant as always. There was a model from a small town who was murdered. Just so you know where I am in the show!

I think if Beckett & Castle get together - it'll be like Moonlighting when they did get together apparently - I don't know though - I didn't watch Moonlighting - I wasn't allowed to stay up that late!

Glad you liked Firefly too Jil! Whedon does have a tendency to piss me off with couples. I still haven't forgiven him for what he did to Oz and Willow from Buffy. Still makes me mad.

A while back Kaylee and Simon were on an episode of Warehouse 13 and it was so cute because in the show he liked her.

LOVED this episode. Mostly because I love history, espeically the victorian period. One of these days I'll have enough money to actually buy a victorian outfit.

It's actually kinda funny but last week Brian Krause guest stared (he played the priest) and then this week we saw Victor Webster both of whom were on Charmed! I love that show, still watch reruns.

Jil, I love going to IMDB.com They have so many cool facts about actors. This may sound weird but I love connecting actors. I take two actors and use the 10 degrees of Kevin Bacon to connect them. Spent hours during my school years in thought about how to connect one person to another.

Those victorian costumes got me thinking about the Firefly episode where Mal has that duel with the swords...it was funny. I think Nathan influences the Castle storylines from his Malcolm days?

Oh I'm sure he does! There was one Halloween episode, last season, where he wore his Malcolm outfit! He wanted to go as a space cowboy. Gave me a good laugh.

I saw this one last night! I loved the fact Buffy was mentioned & he was in his Mal outfit. I was geeking out before the credits!

Oh ladies I finally finished the Firefly series and we watched Serenity the other night. I didn't see Wash's death coming and It really got me all choked up. Same as Shepherd
River was the bomb though .. I still like Zoe the best and want to be her when I grow up

Criminal Minds is just starting to show over here GP, but no, I don't watch this - I only watch Castle because of Nathan. I'm so shallow that way

Jilly - that "I'm a leaf on the wind, see me soar", that gets me every time. It would have been nice to get to see all of Shepherds tale - there's a book out continuing the story, it's on my Christmas list.

Wednesday night is Castle night for us - although we usually watch it over the weekend. Nothing like watching a good murder with our tea!

You know it bugged me about Shep. Remember he had that top knotch clearance? So how come and why? They never explained that? How did he know so much?? I should look for that book you mentioned..
Now I totally want Nathan to do a guest spot on "V" when it comes back on. And Morena to do a spot on "Castle" as an old flame or something?
Another guest spot on "Castle" that I think would be cool is Angela Landsbury. Remember she was the author crime solver on "Murder she wrote" way back in the day? She would be a great character , Idol of Ricks for a story line.

Luckily we're so far behind that's not a problem, we just had the episode with the head master (s7) of Buffy in, then the "next week" clip showed a clip with the guy who played Riley in Buffy! I love it when there are these little links.

I just read a bit ago that Castle is going to buy a BAR . So that will be cool seeing how that all plays out? I am sure it will create some really cool stories for the show. He just bought that bar this last episode. But there wasn't much to the story it was just mentioned in passing.

I love all the family stuff with Castle too - the daughter & mum are brilliant.

Me again. I just wanted to add that I think that we've gone straight into season 3? The last episode I watched had the most elligible (spelling?) batchelor bit in the paper, Castle was number 9, and Beckett went out on a date with a fireman - but that didn't go so well.

I've seen the one where the guy with contract killer, who was the same guy that killed Becketts mum - so am I on the same season as you now?

That's all I am saying don't want to ruin it for those still in season 2. Oh good news the show got renewed for season 4 YAY!!!!
Something funny happened on my soap opera One Life to Live, which Nathan used to be on. This one gal who played Nathans love interest was in a book store looking for a certain magazine and she came across the book Nikki Heat by Richard Castle and she says "Hmm this looks interesting? That guy looks familiar?" and then she put it back on the shelf. I tell ya it was the best scene of the day. Nathan has said that he is still close with all the cast of the soap. I guess he was right?
