When Jordis sang "The Man Who Sold The World", awesome!
Marty's "Wish You Were Here", I wished I was there...with him.
Mig's "Baby I Love Your way", wow!

My favorites other than the perfect man Marty were in no certain order Jordis (even though she faltered a couple of times at the end), Ty (especially No woman, no cry), MiG (even though he could be a little musical theater sometimes) and sometimes Suzie though I thought she was never really "riot for our band." I look forward to seeing how they all do in the music world. Also, I just remembered that Tara was pretty cool, too. Though when Daphna and Heather got the boot, I was not at all unhappy to see them go.

My favorite, besides Marty, was Jordis. Jordis was my favorite at the start of the RS show, but when Marty had sung "I Alone"...he blew me away. That's when I became hooked on Marty.

My second favorite is Jordis...from her first performance I was in love (and I'm speaking as a straight girl) and her performance of "Man Who Sold the World" just blew me away, it was the greatest thing I'd ever seen up until that point; even hearing it now makes my a little teary - and, like Marty, I'm not really one to cry...over anything. I wish she'd stayed longer, but I could feel her (confidence) slipping away at the end so maybe it was for the best...I'm sure she'll do very well on her own. Third favorite has to be MiG, he was just such a sweetheart and really fun to watch. I didn't think the theatrical background was ever a problem until he did BoRap, but I sense that it was because he'd done the song as part of a show for so long that he just couldn't shake that aspect from his performance. ---Thought he rocked with "Lola" though!

"It was so obvious to me and my friends that they chose JD way before the finals. But I'm glad they kept Marty around until the end. It was great watching him!"
eunigal, "they" did not keep Marty around. "We" kept Marty around. All of his fans typed their fingers to bone to keep him out of the bottom 3 after I Alone. Marty's fan base was awesome.
After Marty my favorite was Jordis as well, but I never thought a woman would win because of the songs they would have to sing - they were written for a man. My third choice was Mig and if I could just vent a moment, I felt Inxs totally snubbed Mig at the finale. He was treated so poorly Dave N. didn't even address him and Inxs never gave him "a proper good bye". It was if they took a hook and yanked him off the stage. It might seem small, but to me it was huge because it was just one more time they showed such inconsistency. Like telling Ty he needed to go home because he'd been in the bottom 3 too many times, when Suzie seemed to live there. I wasn't really even a Ty fan, but it just seemed to be such a lame excuse.
Sorry for the venting - I have never taken the opportunity. I have from the beginning until the very end been and always will be a Marty Maid, & thankfully he is exactly where he should be!

I pretty much just rooted for marty all the way but i thought jordis was really fun to watch and had a great voice..maybe it's me but i am just missing the boat on mig i guess.his pop style bored me and i kept thinking he should have been in the monkees or a vegas lounge act or something...sorry don't mean to offend anyone and i'm sure he's a nice enough guy but he just did not do anything for me musically or otherwise.....other than that i loved watching dave navarro

My favorites beside Marty was Mig number 2 choice and Ty was my other favorite. Jordis she sang good with Man Who Sold The World and Baba OReily but she really sucked at Dream On and Heart Shape Box. She needs to take more training on her voice and if she can't hit high notes don't sing them. She really hurt herself singing these songs. Mig hurt himself singing Bohemian Rhapsody, when everyone thought Suzie ONeil did so well, which she did sing it alot better. But Suzie really sucked at singing What's Up. Can't Make You Love Me..Suzie did a way better job than Deanna. JD's worst song to me was Cold As Ice.

Hi, I totally agree with drivmcr8zy about Suzie stuffing up 'What's Up' ! That is a great song and she really did a bad job on it. Could never see anything in Suzie, yes she had a strong voice but nothing that gave me that 'wow, she is great' feeling. Much preferred Jordis as she had a fabulous unique voice. Can't wait for an album out by her, will definitely buy it. Also loved Mig, he was just so sweet and warm, also a fellow Aussie! Helen

Was there anyone else on the show besides Marty?!
Actually, I liked a few of Jordis' performances and Deanna's original song. I think personality wise, Mig came across as a really nice guy, but I think inxs was right when they marked him as more of a broadway singer. He came across as an actor who can sing to me, not a rockstar.

For all the Jordis Fans:
I read on Dave Navarro's website that Jordis performed a song ("Feel Like Making Love") with his band at a show for the Sundance Channel. Hopefully, it'll air on the Sundance Channel sometime soon.

I really loved some stuff Jordis did, and really didn't like some stuff she did. But Marty hooked me with Lithium and after that he always got most of my votes - I did send a few to Suzie.

I love Jordis. Not in the way I love Marty, but I think she's awesome. I loved her version of The Man Who Sold The World. I've loved that song since I was a kid; Bowie's version is still my favourite but she's a very close second.
I think she'll be creating some really interesting music. I'm looking forward to the release of her CD.

I only watched the show for Marty - I totally fell in love with him the first minute I saw him. But other performers who did appeal to me were Jordis & MiG.
Jordis is so gorgeous, she has such a lovely smile, eyes and voice. I didn't like any of the other girls at all, none of them even had a chance!
MiG was so cute, and such a nice guy but WHAT was with some of his outfits? Especially those tan leather pants he wore in the 2nd-to-last-week? OMG!
I think JD was an arrogant snot (sorry to JD fans!), but good on him, I'm sure he'll do a great job. And now we don't have to watch Marty conform to what INXS want - we can wait to see what he will do with his amazing talent!
BRING IT ON MARTY!

My only favorite on the show was Marty, only Marty Casey. He was the only reason that made me watch the show with so much enthusiasm. I liked him from the very start when he sung "Take Me Out" and became his fan when he sung "With Arms Wide Open".
I liked some of the rockers, but that was all to it. I liked JD for his performance of "By My Side", "Cold As Ice", "Pretty Vegas" and "California Dreaming". Yet, I don't see or will never see myself being a JD's fan or a fan of other rockstars other than Marty. Marty is a complete package to me. What people didn't like about him were the very things that I liked about him. I do believe that JD was a better fit than Marty on fronting INXS, and I don't think INXS made a mistake by not choosing Marty. I am thrilled and complacent that Marty's back with his bandmates and that they'll be touring with INXS. I can't wait to buy their single which will be released sooner and I can't wait to buy their new album next year.
