I'm with rockchick and penny74, I totally have a girlcrush on Jordis...but I've gone for the more interesting/exotic looking people (male or female...esp male  ). I also noticed that Brooke seemed rather interested in Marty - or at least his body - and thought it was sort of a hoot...lucky Marty ;D (I gotta admit, Brooke's hot). |

Thanks for all who admitted that Brooke's hot, I just had an epiphany (sp). Jordis has beautiful eyes and also a class A smile. A beautiful soul. I only saw her last stuff on RS INXS, so I shouldnt judge, but she got so down on herself and stopped believing she could handle the job w/INXS. I can only imagine how nerve wracking just doing a show like that is. I actually almost shed a tear when she was eliminated because I did like her. (She is just too young for me...) But I do not like her hair, big whoops.  Sorry if I sounded like I hated Jord, its not the case. I know she has a great voice and I want to check out her band soon. Cheers, scott |

OK, I have to put in my two cents....I thought Jordis was an attractive and unique individual, Brooke on the other hand reminded me of a barbie doll, probably with just as much plastic. LOL

I think that Jordis is beautiful, inside and out, from what I know--and if Marty cares for her as much as he clearly does, that only reinforces my belief. She was the only woman on the show that I could imagine talking with all night. I've got a good friend that age (significantly younger than I) that Jordis reminded me of, I think of her as an "old soul." She always surprises me with her insight and unique views. I imagine Jordis has that kind of depth.
My friend has "the hair" too--and it is clean and beautiful. Pink--showed her yours, spocky, now she's considering blue...!
I think that perhaps what happened is that Jordis realized--no doubt unconsciously-- that leading INXS was not right for her. And when the belief in that went, her performances faltered. Her "Imagine" and "Man Who Saved the World" still raise goosebumps when I listen. I could never see her fronting a band like INXS and being happy.
Thanks to everyone, this board is great and I am constantly amazed by the overall quality of the posts. It is refreshing and I wish I could meet all of you!
