MiG Ayesa on LH's friend Paula

Hi,

Many if not all of us have seen/heard messages around the boards and from the band about LH's dear friend Paula who is fighting cancer. I just thought y'all might be interested in this message that Mig Ayesa posted on his MySpace in regards to his thoughts on Paula:

....On another note, I want to draw attention to an incredible woman I met last week in Chicago. Paula Kuchen lived across the street from Marty Casey and the Lovehammers (HAMMERHOUSE). The Hammers have moved, but Paula is still there. I visited her with Marty and found a remarkable woman with so much love to give, she almost has nothing left to sustain herself. She is the Lovehammers No.1 fan, known as the 'Mamma-Hammer'. She is truly an inspiration to me, and to all who meet her. I hope you can keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she continues to fight. I also want to say how moved I was with the love the Hammers and their friends show Paula. I can't even begin to tell you how humbled I was by their show of devotion and love to this beautiful woman.

Wow, that was really neat. It also goes to show how much Marty and the guys care for Paula, that they would take other people they care about to meet her.

Amen to that, Cindy - and a lot like Marty in that respect. MiG and Marty always seemed to be helping the others on RS - it was refreshing....

Hi you guys! Just wanted to update you... After MiG's blog... a bunch of Team MiG fans wanted to do something. We're in the works on getting something together for Paula. I'm glad MiG brought this to our attention, we know how close he and Marty are, and Marty has helped MiG fans in need, so we're more than happy to reciprocate. I'll let the one's spearheading this know to update here on the plans.

Marty and MiG are both just so incredible and generous! I'm so happy they stayed so close!!

We'll keep you posted, and keep Paula in our prayers.
