Ok, so I was on the RS..SN website and checked out the blogs from the rockers and was totally unimpressed by the fact that they seem to have no idea the magnitude of the opportunity they have here. No one seems to realize that this is their chance of a lifetime. So I got nostalgic for Marty (surprise) and went to the home page here and went through each of the eppisodes all over again. RS..SN is ok for a little entertainment, but does not come anywhere close to last year. Also, I have to echo the thought that Marty would have been better suited for SN, but I LOVE him with Lovehammers, so I'm glad it turned out this way. Last night my Wife and I sat here and went through almost every video from RS last year that is on the site.........from start to finish............ It was like watching the show for the first time again...........and at the end we just sat there and said to each other........."How the hell could they have picked '____' over Marty?  ?? lol...............We're glad they chose 'He who shall not be named'  |

I'm curious ... isn't this show taped? If so, how can they be showing the bottom three before they leave the air? Is there some mystery voting going on somewhere? It's one of two theories I have. Have you noticed that when Brooke is talking about the bottom three that she's standing by herself and doesn't actually say the names of the bottom 3? It's pre-taped and added at the last minute with one of two voting results: actual results from computer voting OR from the score cards people fill out as they're leaving the taping. Amy's right. I've been at two of the tapings. The show tapes Sunday afternoons. Brooke stands to the side and says her spiel about who is in the bottom three without saying anyone's name. Then they superimpose this info on the screen in lettering on Tuesdays. My guess is it comes from the audience vote but I don't know for sure. They wouldn't really have much time-A commecial break is what about 90 seconds?-- to general early voting from the internet and phone lines. |

Both theories make sense, and it's probably a combination of both, especially if they are including an audience vote.
