Marty is definitely more suited for this band than INXS.
I also just read that Chris Daughtry from American Idol tried out for Rock Star: INXS and didn't make the cut. He would've been great for this season also.

Didn't know that, he would have been awesome. I have been enjoying this Rockstar for what it is and have found it to be getting better as it goes. My favourite is Storm, she is great as a person and a singer. I think Toby should win but that Dilana has the right voice for Supernova so who knows what will happen.

I find every episode of this that I catch I'm shouting at the tv that the performances aren't as good as last year. I think Marty would of suited this band better, but am sure he's where he is now.  I think the tv execs are trying to strike gold twice but just can't. There's no performers like Jordis, Ty, Suzie and of course Marty.  |

Supernova will pick whats best for them, somewill that will not out shine them, just like last season. Last season we all know INXS chose J.D. why we ask, why not he fits them, he looks like them, sounds like every other singer around, and totally adorse them. Think of the choase it would have been if they picked our Marty???.. ponder that.................
You would have 5 short, regular, brown haired guys and then Marty, tall, bright blonde, and super talented, he would have totally outshined INXS and probably left them. Marty didnt adore them or kiss there ass like JD did. Marty Didnt cry when they were about to introduce the winner. I think he knew, i think the whole show was staged!, it posible, and how else would have JD known the lyrices of the song at the end, would they have made marty and JD learn the song??? who knows??
But Marty is for the lovehammers, and we wouldnt have him any other way. They have all been BFs since 14! come on! They are all fun loving and fan oreinted! and thats how we like them. I recently went to their concert at the basement in /columbus , OH (read my thread on Marty) but amazing, he would take a break and talk to us, he evn stopped the show so a mother could take her daughter to the back bcs, it was hurting her ears!!!
He totally gave us the mic on trees , jumped int he crowd w/ us, and near the end heald his hand out to each one of us and said "Its for you, and you".. and so on. And afterwards they signed T shirts and CD's, o and i gave Marty a hug!!...........They have showed me that music is real, and that no musician should be to bust to talk to a fan and help us make memories. They all love the fans, and any band who forgets that the fans are who made them famous, should fall apart. The Lovehammers are real, and thankful to all of us and us to them, much love.. ~Rachel

my skating coach and i are addicted to all the rockstar shows and we think that maty would have done better on this years rockstar supernova. we boththink that it would have allowed marty a lot more opportunities and more ability to be expressive with his music. but if marty hadn't goten second last year i never would've seen him at the inxs concert, gotten a bracelet, and discovered his amazing cd!
