Last night's show was incredible!


Magni's performance with SN was good in person, but boring to watch on tv. The song was good but Jason bugged me, because you could tell he thought the song was fantastic (it wasn't)

Toby rocked it! And he is hot - need I say anything more - hee hee

I was sure that Storm would have the encore since both of her songs from Tuesday were great.

I thought that Storm's WYWH performance was great. Even though it is Marty's song - I loved it!

Dilana - meh - I so over her. The only thing that saved her last night is how strong she was in the first few weeks. I don't do pity parties...

I was really shocked to see Lukas in the bottom three. He performance was even better last night that on Tuesday. He didn't deserve to be B3


This was by far the best taping we've been to all season. Even though there was a lot of waiting and standing around in between stage changes and breaks - It was Worth It!!!!!!!

Poor Stormy she got jipped now that I think about it. No encore no New car and no chance to tour with the Houseband. She will go far no doubt....What a gracious goodbye for sure. She Rocks!

I respect everyone's comments re: Lukas

From my perspective he is engaging and a definite stage presence.........but........I like to actually comprehend the words of a song........not sit there and try and figure them out.......it takes away from my ability to actually listen and enjoy..........I just don't think his voice is what I would call singing.......just do not like it.

I was suprised Storm went home.........just not right.........

Dilana........my god she's worse that Zayra ever was..........at least Zayra was a straight shooter............that psycho should be gone gone gone...............I would never buy anything she put out.I'd turn the channel on the radio.........and I certainly wouldn't pay to see her in any concert (sorry Dilana fans..just my opinion)

Magni..........he's going to be a great star........solo........I just don't think they will choose him.

Toby.............hands down.......the right guy for the job..........

.........and I am very happy to see Ryan doing so well..........

I'll be on the edge of my seat next week.

Seeing as we are heading into the last week.........

All through the summer everyone has been offering differing opinions in regards to all the rockers.........some you like.some you don't.....

Everyone's opinion counts........it is the fans who will make or break the careers of those people.

I wanted to say for the record though........despite all of our criticisms and praise..........

ALL of them deserve kudos for doing what they did.........it takes alot of guts to get up there on that stage and perform under the scrutiny not only of Supernova..but millions of people around the world..........

My hats off to each and every one of them...........to me they are all winners and they all absolutely ROCK!!!

I agree Storm shouldn't have left. It should have been Dilana. But I guess Storm's trips to the bottom 3 gave Dilana the edge. Now I can't remember if this was Storm's second time in in the bottom 3 or the 3rd. Oh well....
I'm glad Toby got the encore and we got to hear Lukas do Headspin again. Two AWESOME songs. Just downloaded them both.
They made it sound like there would be 4 in the finale, but in reality, we will have to vote one more time. I don't know if I could take the stress! God let it be Dilana who leaves next!! I so want Toby to win! I love Lukas too. I'd pay to see either of them fronting Supernova. If it's down to Magni, Toby and Lukas, I'm sure they will pick Toby. He's just the right man for the job. Lukas has plenty of new fans now and will do great with his own band. It was sad when Lukas said he'd been used to playing to empty beer bottles and ashtrays......

I wasn't going to post after Josh went home, LOL, but I guess I'm the only freak that still likes Dilana. I just have to put a little Dilana love in here since there is so much hatred for her. Lukas said worse things than Dilana in the first few weeks, and all he got was love and respect for it. I just don't get that. Besides, they pull out all the pieces they want you to see out of the whole week. It doesn't mean that Lukas is an ass or that Dilana wants all the attention all the time... each of those pieces are like, 5 minutes put together out of a whole week of material.

If it was up to me (and I'm sure everyone is really glad it wasn't ), Lukas would have gone home last night. I just don't get it. I don't see what everyone else sees in him. He sounds exactly the same every single time. I'm sure he's a nice guy and everything, but I don't like his performances at all. He stumbles around, and you can never tell what he's singing.

Also if it were up to me, Storm and Toby would be in the top two, with storm winning the keys to the car. Toby's song was about equal in quality I think, but Storm's just barely edged it out because the lyrics were awesome.

In my opinion, Lukas should be in fourth, then maybe Magni (even though I just love him, but don't think he's the one), then Toby so he can go back to his band, then Dilana. LOL.... Please don't hate me because I still love Dilana. I can't help it. I think she's an awesome performer.

Here's what I don't understand about why Storm was eliminated instead of Dilana --

I have re-watched the performances several times (sweetie likes to watch over and over - especially his favorites) -- and the comments made by Dave and SN made it look like they were less than impressed by Dilana's original while nothing but good was said about Storm's.

I actually like Storm's version of WYWH (and hope it's offered as a download eventually - it isn't there yet) -- did Dilana get a sympathy pass because she hurt herself???

Or is SN going for a "look" or "persona" rather than someone with, in my opinion of course, more vocal/writing/performance talent!

With that said -- I hope Toby gets the gig - he's the only one I would pay to see besides Storm (and fortunately I don't have too far to go to see Her!)

Can't wait to see what next week brings --

My view is that we just don't know all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes, how they mesh with everyone when talking/hanging out, any other stuff that goes on, etc... they compact a week of updates into like, 5 mins... and I'm sure the webisode (which I don't watch at all) is slanted and compacted as well to keep it exciting for the viewers. It's totally impossible to know.

I think the worst thing is that, because they slant a particular show for or against certain people, there will always be a large group of people that hate the final group that is formed when it is all done. If any one of us was scrutinized the way they are, there would be a large group of people that hate us too

Sorry to see Storm go...she has a very powerful voice that will take her to GR8 heights in her career! I'm assuming that the SN guys will unload 2 more next Tuesday and be down to the Final 2 on Wednesday ~~

Predictions: Dilana & Lukas will be the next to go! I was for Dilana from the get-go, but truly don't think that the SN guys EVER intended to have a female front their "bad-ass" band (which STILL remains to be seen, IMO ). Lukas definitely has "the look" to fit this band, but is too UNINTELLIGIBLE for me! Final 2: Magni & Toby ~~ Magni's GR8 and quite the talent, but Toby has had THE BEST audience reactions by far, and he's a CUTIE to boot! TOBY TO WIN!!!

Geez, Lucy, I hope you're right! From a "fit" standpoint, i think Toby wins, hands down. Plus, he's got a great single in the making there. I'm sure SN would be up for cashing in on that! Oh oh oh oh oh oh! I'm gonna need some serious meds if Dilana wins this thing. LOL!

I have been feeling a little guilty since yesterday -- it seemed my snarkiness might have set off a fury, so I want to say sorry for that. I really was just cheesed that the satellite wasn't working and I could only watch the show in drips and drabs.
To atone, I have decided to make a list of the things I like about each of the rockers, including Stormy, who was still there when I posted last. So here goes (wish me luck, you know how hard it is for me not to be sarcastic.)

Storm: Storm is beautiful, tough and a great singer, but what I really like about her is that she is always so enthusiastic for the other performers. Thought she rocked on the last performance show and her WYWH was touching.

Toby: Well, mates, this guy has grown on me so much -- he is so infectious, fun and a really great singer. You don't need to see Toby to appreciate him as a performer, relaly great voice. Love most his sense of humor and he's pretty easy on the eyes, too.

Magni: What a great voice he has -- really quite powerful. But what I really really like about Magni is how he seems to be helping his mansion mates at all times --always palying guitar for them, etc. And I really Love that he always dresses cool but is still himself, no costumes, just Magni.

Lukas: Lukas is the performer I like to Watch the most --he always seems on the edge of losing control --it's fascinating. I love his energy, his gravelly voice and mostly, how his on-stage persona differs from his calm reserve off stage.

Dilana: From the beginning of the season I thought Dilana was the stand out -- no one looked like her, sounded like her, acted like he on stage. Although she can really knock it out of the park on high-energy songs, I like her most when she sings more softly and emotionally --as she did in Ring of Fire and the beginning of Behind Blue Eyes

Supernova: I have never been a fan of the bands these guys represent (except GNR) but I have to say I take all of their music more seriously now. I have newfound admiration for Tommy Lee and really feel for him when he has to let a rocker go; I like that Jason gets emotional quite often and always speaks his mind. I like that Gilby tries relaly hard to be straight with everyone, including the viewing audience.

Dave: I just plain like Dave. I only wish their was more of him this season!

Brooke: I love that her pregnancy has forced the stylists to cover her up more this year. She's just as beautiful.

The Producers: these are a talented bunch of TV execs who can make me watch, care and post messages about a reality TV show.

okay that's all the positive vibe I can put out there for one day...

Haven't been here for a while but have really been enjoying RS:SN these last few weeks.

I have to say my fav was Storm, she was one cool, kickass chick with an amazing voice and a gorgeous personality.

I hope that Toby wins he is so genuine and his original is playing in my head constantly .

I don't really see what everyone likes in Lukas, he is a great showman and has a good image but I (like some others) like to be able to understand the songs I am listening to.

Magni is a real sweety and I hope it gets down to between him and Toby with Toby the winner.

Dilana shot herself in the foot totally and I just hope there is no coming back, but I will say that her voice is perfect for SN.

Waiting unpatiently for next week, shame they have cut the season short.

About Toby winning the car this week, I think he also feels its his second place trophy, he looked really bummed when he got the encore and the keys, I think he knows he is not getting the gig also, I hope so much I am wrong, Toby is my favorite, along with Ryan, I think they both will do well just like Marty has, but it would be nice if he was the winner!

After Toby won the car, I thought well, he's probably not going to win it now. It was the consilation prize....

But in my opinion he did have the best original and the best crowd response. He really deserved the encore. In a "true competiton" the best win more than one prize.

I love Lucas and Toby and would pay see them both perform... but I have a soft spot for fun cute guys...

I have always liked Toby, but now he has really grown on me and I see the most potential in him. I so wish he wins.

Unfortunately I think Dilana has given us all she's got. I like her real voice but that graspiness that she has that can be real cool at times, has become a bore for me.

Lukas: He's so cute! I love his look and his style but just like Dilana, he doesn't have a voice that plays well on the radio. He someone that needs to be seen to enjoy.

Magni: This guy has the nicest voice that sounds good singing anything. He seems like a great guy and I know we will be hearing him on the radio in the future.

Storm: I thought Dilana should have gone before Storm. She's got a great voice and is a great performer and can go ahead and do anything, including Broadway.

After Ryan got voted off and I heard his interview with Dave, I checked out his MYspace and I have to say that I really liked it. I see him as the one going the furthest in a solo career. I also listened to Phil's band and really like it. The surprising thing is that out of curiousity I also checked out Zayara's MySpace and I really liked the track that plays. She's like a mixture of Dido and Deborah Harry. When she does her "own thing" whatever that is, she's good at it.

the differences in the performers. How our Marty was criticized
like a thief last year by fans on the RockStar board... I was

CHK: yes Lukas... always on the edge of losing control I find him riveting to watch.

You knew at the start of the show when Storm didn't get the
encore she was going to be the one to go... really gave it away
when they panned to the band and Dave during WYWH and Tears, and sad, sad
faces ... This time I don't think it was the song stirring those
emotions.

It should be an exciting finale. We've got a great group left
in Lukas, Toby and Magni....

Maybe we can all meet online to discuss, and break last years
record for online users after Marty's show

I've been reading everyone's recent observations and comments and I just have to say that Toby is definately the best fit for Supernova. I initially thought Supernova would have been a much harder edged band, but it turns out not to be the case. Enter Toby! He's fun, energetic, and could deliver both on stage and what we'll hear on on their CD. I love Lukas too, but his vocals don't stand out unless you are watching him perform at the same time. Then it's pure magic for me. Magni is great, but not enough stage presence. Surely Supernova knows the actual voting numbers for the contestants, and I hope they take this into consideration when they pick their winner. I think Toby's votes will continue to be the highest of the three left. You see I'm completely leaving Dilana out of this, because I'm thinking she won't even be a contender on Wednesday. God, I hope not! I'd go see Supernova if Toby or Lukas win. but I'm not even sure if the Panic Channel and Houseband would be an enticement enough to go if Magni won. And definately NOT Dilana. Wait a minute...I already bought tickets. PLEASE let it be Toby!!

Thanks for noticing me I was beginning to think I was invisible around here.
I am slowly getting over my pain of Storm going, I am not gonna jump!! It was sooo wrong for her to go before Dilana! I want Toby or Magni to win it at this point. I think Toby Rocks and is the whole package right now, Magni could learn stage presence when he gets adjusted to the USA, Lukas is just not a god singer in my opinion, at least not yet he needs to get more lessons. I am afraid Dilana is still there to be the winner of this I cannot see any reason for her being there??? She is just too dramatic. Oh I have rambled way too much.
