 hey Amy, the huge finale wends. wow! I think its a toss up about who will win. I dont think they will pick lucas he is way to EMo, no Magni because he will outshine them, no girls.. i think so sry dilana, and Toby?? I jave no idea, what u guys think??

Well, I must confess I felt quite emotional in two spots during this episode.  The first was when Mig made his appearance at the Mansion and all I could think was, OMG WHY ISN'T IT MARTY?! I loved seeing Mig, but it just reminded me of what I have been missing this summer. The second was Lukas singing Fix You. I know there are a lot of Coldplay haters out there, but I am not one of them. That is a beautiful song and when he talked about why he was singing it, it was touching really. It will be like a Lukas therapy sessoin between singing Head Spin for his mother and Fix You for his father! I have still not forgiven Dilana for singing her own name during Every Breath You Take. And I honestly don't understand anyone singing Roxanne. The song is too much a Sting song and sounds wrong by anyone else. Good luck to her. But I tell you now, I will be getting a snack during Super Soul or whatever her original is.  BTW I love how snarky Paul of House Band is about Dilana. It always makes me laugh. Toby, sounded good, looked good. My gut tells me he should win but will probably take 2nd to Lukas. Oh oh oh oh oh oh... least we get to sing along again. Magni. Will be the first one SN gets rid of I think. I don't know what he's singing on performance night except for his original, which I didn't like. Pay attention to the lyrics --they are lifted right out of the aforementioned Every Breath You Take and a couple of other songs, too.  Okay, so that just left me depressed. I don't really mind who wins, who doesn't, what SN do or don't do. I just want Marty to make an appearance at the Finale. And it would be great if Matt Hoffer would get the public vote for an encore! So anyone who can, text Matt! |

Ok.. I am going to say something that I never thought I'd say...I love Lukas..I do not think he's attractive nor am I fond of his voice, but his personality is lovable. When he was talking about Dilana and kind of snarkily said "EVS" with that grin..it was great. So Fly, do the happy dance but don't post his picture for me to see...not my kind of guy.
My kind of guy-Toby..How awesome that he knew the names of his fangirls and where they were from!
Magni-Nice guy and a good voice. I think musically he's probably the most talented, he's just not lead singer material in MHO. I would love to see him and Toby form a band. They would go very far.
Dilana-
Mig's appearance made me sentimental, but it also made me feel like I was watching a commercial. I love Mig.
Oh and I adore the house band.. They are sooo great. Their rehearsal w/ Dilana is priceless.

Yes, Lukas has come off as being very loveable lately. He and Toby have been my favorites from day one anyway. How come in this episode they gave Dilana so much air/talk time? I want to go back and watch the episode again but don't much feel like watching Dilana all over again. Guess I'll skip over her. And yes, Miggy's appearance made me hoop and holler.  That was a surprise. Will we get Marty as a surprise at the finale? I keep hoping that the reason we haven't heard anything about it is becasue they are keeping it top secret  for a genuine element of surprise! One can hope!!  Supernova must know who they want by now. Even though we wish and vote like crazy for our favorite, at this point it is out of our hands. Even Dilana could stay if that's how the procucers wanted it. Toby should win, Lukas second place!!!!!!!!!  |

Awww Miggy  . I'm sure his fans were thrilled. Very depressing for us MC.org girls to not have our Marty.  I wished Lukas picked Comfortably Numb, he sounded so great when he was just singing a few lines. I loved the way Toby did a Lukas impression. These guys are real likable and I must say I will miss them. The guys are all real cute when the joke around together. I'm not familiar with the song Toby will do but I must say he sounded great and he really does have a great voice. I hope Lukas uses more of his true voice rather than the strained thing he does. He sounds so nice when he just opens up and sings. I'm also really glad that they didn't have the rockers throw chairs in the pool again. The scene of them walking out with their guitars looked so much like last year and it felt staged. How come they only show Paul making bad comments? |

Yeah, it was pretty weird, but definitely cool, seeing MiG. On the one hand, he does live in LA and so I'm sure arranging the visit was easy. On the other hand, Marty was just out there, he's signed with Sony Epic (which is connected up with Mark Burnett ... if you look on the "spine" of the CD, it says Burnett Records/Epic) while MiG is signed with Universal, AND Marty came in second ... so it seems to me that Marty showing up would have made more sense overall. Very odd, if ya ask me ...
Anyway, the more I see of Dilana, the less I like her. She seems incredibly selfish, stubborn and demanding. On the other hand, the more I see of Lukas, the more I like him. And his voice sounds great on the Cold Play song! Not "constricted" at all. They guy can actually sing when he chooses to. Magni has his mind on his family and seems satisfied to have made it this far. I still haven't warmed up to him. And Toby is cute, smart, and fun. But he won't stretch the band the way Lukas will. I think it's very similar to the JD/Marty situation; it all depends on if the band wants to play it safe or if they want to try something innovative.

Well I just watched the reality episode, and have come to one conclusion....I HATE DILANA! (sorry dilana fans). To me, she seems like she says whatever she thinks people want to hear...she contradicts herself all the time....fakes humility, etc....yuck! They didn't show much of Magni...that doesn't bode well for him. Lukas seems very determined. And of course my favorite, Toby, just makes me smile! Tonight's show will be interesting.....Good luck everyone!

I think that she is the show's only possibility of drama at this point....the other three are fairly nice guys, mind their own business and are just focused on the music. So they show her as entertainment value (read: what people who watch reality TV expect.) She is a trainwreck waiting to happen, so the cameras don't want to miss that! |

Yeah, I was surprised that she didn't just stick with Comfortably Numb. Her arrangement of Roxanne has the potential to be a train wreck. It also wasn't smart of her to insult the fans and the house band by basically saying that anyone who doesn't like it needs to have their head examined. Hey, Dilana! We're the ones you have to please! I'm also impressed with Lukas' keeping the Cold Play song even after she gave up Comfortably Numb. He's coming across like a class act. I know part of it is editing, but the producers skew things towards one rocker/game player and away from another for a reason ... |

today on the radio they announced who has won Rockstar Supernova. I wish they would have given a warning so that i could have turned it off. because i didnt want to find out who won ahead of time
