Matt Hoffer and Holding Mercury put on an EXCELLENT show at BAM on Sunday. I took this video of one of my favorite songs from their latest CD. Everyone needs to see/hear this great band.

What a treat to see Holding Mercury live, wish I had been there, as you well know! But now that I have seen the video- I have an idea of what it might be like. The sound is AMAZING!!

All the blood, sweat and tears we have endured as a band have added up to the 45 minutes we'll spend on stage Friday, July 31st at Bottom Lounge.

As opposed to the usual lip service we normally get from folks in the industry, we have received a bona fide, written record deal offer this past week, and should have a few execs from the label out at the show. They want to see us play live before we ink a final deal....

THIS MEANS WE NEED EVERYONE TO COME OUT!!!!! We've had 150-200 folks out at Metro, we need those numbers or better for this one....please pass the word around!!!

Download the record for free on our myspace site, learn the words, get really drunk and sing along! We want to have a rowdy, packed house for the event.

We'll be debuting some brand new tunes, and some of us may be trying some new instruments out.....hopefully, afterwards, you can say you were at the show where HM was signed.
