So...who is this Kalan Porter guy, and how does he keep getting to the top when I'm not looking? He looks like Jimmy Page to me. Kalan Porter is last year's Canadian Idol winner. He's no Jimmy Page. He's really young. That's actually quite a misleadingly flattering photo of him. In person he looks like a cross between Leif Garrett circa 1976 and a little girl. I think he has lots of teenage girl fans. (No offense to teenage girls, Leif Garrett or wee Kalan.) |

This vote for photo thing is wild. Marty's down at 27 now. Boo. But Mig is up at 7. I didn't like Mig's performances as much as Marty's, but he seems like such a decent guy. I hope his career goes well.
Anyhow, get out and vote! I've already done my voting for photo and song. It's all I've got.

I rated a 10 for Marty, got him up to 4...then (like evil karme) everytime I rated those ahead of him at 0 he fell - he went all the way down to 7!  Also, Lovehammers slipped from #21 to #24 and I couldn't get them any higher  ...we need to get voting again! |
