I had gotten the impression from different things I have read that Marty was to be back in Chicago by this last weekend. Which would have meant he would have been at the radio station today. But he ended up having to be in LA longer. Maybe the schedule just got messed up.

I think earlier last week there were tentative plans for him to return to Chicago, but that fell through. His parents have returned home and Marty is in Los Angeles. This past weekend he'd planned to spend in LA working on song writing with Jordis. I'm sure there are also still meetings and plans to make regarding his future.
I've not heard from Dino today, so I don't know what the situation is. Most likely there were miscommunications about the radio show. Marty isn't a slacker and wouldn't intentionally miss it.

Maybe Marty didnt make it because he was hanging w/ JD. Maybe Marty wanted to rough up his Super Rock Star image a bit.  Yeah... it's SUPER MARTY... saving the music scene in LA... woohoo... better yet... it's MIGHTY MARTY... |

I'd think he'd want to come home and try to relax a bit, and do some hometown promos. Oh well, he is in L.A., it was his birthday, and he has opportunities to hang out with some big names. Who can blame him right? However if this continues for much longer, well, hey, we know what happens when you hit it big fast. I personally would prefer he'd stay with the Lovehammers. I don't think I could turn my back on guys I'd been with for 18 yrs. Hey Marty man, throw us all a bone. |
