I don't get mancow in my area...I looked at that streaming radio link that was posted but it didn't have any info on how to listen to the show...is there any way we can hear it if we don't have mancow in our area?

Marty's brother stated on 'the other' message board that Marty was up at 6am this morning waiting for a call from the radio station, and it never came.

Marty is on MANCOW tomorrow morning. There is going to be a benefit show in Chicago in a few weeks w/ the Lovehammers. What is MANCOW?  I believe he is a national shock jock kinda like Howard Stern. |

There is a hurricane benefit in a couple weekends in Chi town at the House of Blues. Pearl Jam is hosting. But tickets are $1,000.00. I hope this is not the one because there is no way I can do that. |

Well, let's wait till we know for sure.
I was just skimming down House of Blues the other day looking for Lovehammers because I know they've played there before and I was up at another concert a couple of weeks ago. That's when I saw Pearl Jam and the I saw the price. But it is a benefit for the hurricane victims and I'm sure there are many people who can do it.
I just read on another thread that Marty was back in Chicago....I knew I should have gone up there tonight., heehee.

He's meeting with 'everybody under the sun' right now and has deals on the table. He's been on the phone for 8 hrs+ everyday. LH opening with him. They are trying to find people that they can trust to handle the business end of everything with contracts, etc. I am so happy to hear this. I really hope he gets good management. |

You know what Angie, my hubby is so great! He's in Chicago this week for work and told me to go ahead if I hear of a Marty party and take my bud to go see him! He probably won't be back till late Friday night anyway. But from what I hear Marty won't be in Chi town till next week Oh well I honestly don't know if a Party is in the works anyway. I'm sure he has alot of family and friends and probably doesn't want to be mobbed by fans. I'll have to keep my eyes on the boards. |
