Hey, Im at work and Kara gave a shout out to MC.org while on the phone with Marty. She mentioned the wristbands. Contact her, I am sure she will give you guys the recording. BACK TO WORK.

Thanks so much for posting the Loop interview. I was grinning ear to ear while listening to it. (It was a little bit bittersweet, though, because I'm DYING to go to the Metro show, but I don't have tickets and I live in Nova Scotia.)  Anyway, Cara was really plugging Martycasey.org. That was awesome. If Marty doesn't have his wrist band at the show, some of you are going to have to tag team him, hold him down and put one on his wrist. (Once again, I wish I could be there. I'd volunteer to help.) |

Great interview! Thanks to Cara and Cindy for making the mp3 available on this site. Thanks to Amy for taking care of the wristbands. And advance thanks to Howard for passing the wristband on to Marty. Was excited that this fan site got mentioned more than once in the interview. I was also glad to hear that "world" as in "world tour" was emphasized in the interview so I'm patiently waiting for when Marty and the LH (oh, and INXS as well) get to Asia!

Wow, thanks Cindy. God, he is so nice. I love the way he talks. I am so envious of all of you who are going to the Metro. I have to make pies that night.....will probably eat them all because I will be so depressed that I am not in Chicago. Certainly hope someone who is going will post as soon as it is over with details....please, please, please.

For those of us that won't get to go to the Metro Marty said they will be shooting the entire concert...and not just Trees. Got my fingers crossed we get to see the entire concert...maybe we'll see a Bonus feature showing the MC.org girls tag teaming him and putting his MC.org wristband on. Howard could just hand them the wristband. The girls can handle Marty.  |

What a nice treat this morning to hear this interview!! Great info from Marty...  and nice to hear him laughing and sounding so happy!....  Nice to hear the plug for the website! And for the wristbands! Cara always does a great job with her interviews. I also hope that the entire Metro concert is filmed...and another DVD is done..since I too won't/can't be there to experience it live... At the very least, it will be great to see a video of Trees for sure... Cool that he mentions Mark McGrath is mentoring him!! Liked that tidbit..... ;D Thanks Amy/Cindy for bringing us the info...fantastic job as always.. |
