Aww, Dustyblue, Your welcome. Sorry I took so long to reply. This thread should never get lost...being that it is Marty's first post to HIS board.

Once upon a time I belonged to this group, avie and all. Computer crashed, lost everything. Now at last I am here again.
I really miss talking to all the Marty fans.
He is such a "one of a kind" person

I flew from Florida to D.C for the INX concert. I went to Tampa to the an INX concert. Just to see and hear Marty.
Now I am in a Marty drought. I still play his Lovehammers cd and luckily have one that someone sent me with all his songs on ROCK STAR.

I am an artist and at the Tampa concert I gave him an etching of him and he signed one for me , which I have framed and over my desk where he is visible at all times.

I was pretty active and now I will open this door every day. Someone did an avie for me last time, but I would like to put up the etching I did of him for this one. Now , all I have to figure out it how to do it.

SOOOOO glad to be back with Marty fans.

This site is soooo wonderful, I am sure that Marty must visit often. How could he not???

And hopefully if he reads this; I had his CD on this afternoon, a visitor came over to the studio to sit for a portrait. He said " Who on earth is that???" So told him. He was sooo impressed and wondered why there is so much garbage out there when there are groups like Marty and the lovehammers around. We finally got down to the nitty gritty.
Exposure, exposure. How to get the BIG guys to listen. Maybe Sony is not doing a good job of promoting Marty.
Anyway, just pleased me so much to find someone who was that impressed. A LOVE HAMMERS cd will soon be in his possession on the way home.

Hiya Breathless - Fantastic picture! Just perfect.

I know what you mean about the exposure thing - It's been a continual gripe of mine since RS:INXS was on - it was kind of tucked away on VH1 at 10:00pm on a Sunday night No-one I spoke to watched it (unless they visited my house on a Sunday )
