Just was watching the video from when Marty was on Fox News, and I always assumed he was a natural blonde, never thought he highlighted his natural dark blonde hair.

A little late to put my two cents in, but I'd have to say that blond hair goes better with his skin tone (as well it should, as he seems to naturally have "ash" or "dishwater" blond hair. (Marty with black hair is damned sexy though, I will not disagree!)

He's a natural blonde (although he likes those highlights, doesn't he?), and that really makes him stand out. There are a lot of blonde women, but it's unusual in a man. And because of it, there are moments under the lights when it's impossible to take your eyes off him.
Madonna said once that she goes blonde before going on tour because it makes her stand out. I think Suzie McNeill, on the other hand, should go black with a few blonde streaks ... that would "toughen" her image and make her look less like the girl next door.
But Marty? Blonde does it for me.

Black...just to be difficult and cause I really could care less, haha! ...He had pseudo-red hair once too...it was like brown/red...see...  Kinda red-ish......Just another option for the ladies...haha! |
