I just saw the commercial and the blonde guy that looks like Marty is that Ashley Parker Angel guy. I only recognize him because I actually watched an episode of his reality show on MTV one day JUST because he looked a bit like Marty. I know, I know, I am pathetic! ;D Sorry to disappoint...  |

funny how it's 1am & this is the thing I decide to come out from oblivion to post on...lol (sorry friends) anyway, it must be another show because I went to the taping of the finale of this show last week at the promise of getting cool kitchen stuff (finalists were that Ashley guy, Cindy Margolis & Miss USA) & I have to say it was the most awful show EVER. I can't believe NBC will run the entire thing all week but I guess is everything else is a repeat...anyway, word at the set was the show hadn't even been picked up yet, so this week is a pilot. Now of course if Marty was on I'd be there at the show taping & I'd watch it on tv, but NBC has to pick up the show first based on the ratings of this week. So...if this is true, I'd say the best way to make sure Marty gets on it is to actually watch the show this week to give it ratings. On the finale, I'm sitting right in between the 'kitchens' of Cindy & the Miss USA girl in the first row in the raised section. cheers |

So, jodie, did you get the cool kitchen stuff? lol They're "celebrities" weren't really big ones, were they? No body I'd tune in to watch. If they had Marty...that's be another story.

I really can't see Marty doing a show like this. Does anybody really care about celebrities cooking? What's next? Celebrity bowling? Of course, I also don't care about them ice skating, ballroom dancing, or doing circus acts, either ...

Don't feel too bad! I was flipping through the channels last week and saw Ashley Parker's new video and for more than a second I thought it was Marty too! The sad thing is that even after I realized it wasn't Marty, I kept watching it because it did look like him! Count me in as pathetic ;D |
