That was as holyf*ck as it was the first time I saw it. He was so strong and so confident...vital and alive in it. Singing it, bringing it, roaring into the mic with everything he had. "How do you feel singing INXS songs?" "Actually I feel pretty powerful." You know it baby. taking me back through it brings it ALL back. The pics too.

Aww, yes, such sweet memories of the RS INXS days. He impressed me so much with that riveting performance of "I Alone". Doubly impressed with his version of "Don't Change"

thanks for the reminders - memories - rockfan and palari --- can it really be over a year ago?? And what an amazing year it has been - so much has changed in my life - including simply feeling more alive than I have in a long time!!

His passionate intensity, the way he put every fiber of his being into his song delivery. to Texas- You and I think alike. Your answer to What about Marty is exactly what I would have said, with HIS EYES preceding it. Ummmm, those eyes I answered this question (or one like it before,) where? The reference I gave to my very favorite experience of Marty's intensity and everything else we've said here is the video on youtube from RSINXS, he sang "Creep", especially the last line of the song where his head is thrown back, mouth opened beyond wide. This just gives me the rush & the energy is so intense it goes right into my body yes, directly into me, sexy.

Marty, It freaks me out too sometimes, but "I like it when you're in my brain". Keep bringing the intensity.

We all search in our lives, to fill voids that never fill, to understand why...when the answer will never be....our search leads us to music, to lyrics, to feeling, to watching a performer sing and knowing that for a few moments that void if filled and the answers are there...Marty does that for me!

I think that you all see something that you see inside yourselves that you want. The thought of the man that understands your crazy mind. The song lyrics tell a story that you have been through. We are all looking for the answer and find it in the least likely places. Most would say, "Come On, that guy from the Rockstar reality show". But, when I look back I don't even know why I was there either. What is the purpose of all of us coming together? Why is it such a strong bond? I have talked to others that have been through the identical experience but why is our bond so uniquely different? Freaks me out at times. Well, I am gonna believe in it cause every time I have doubted it, something has come back and slapped me in the face. Why are we all so strong minded and on the same page at the same point in time? None of us have ever done this before... Marty Casey Dear Marty, I am not so sure that I see something in you that I want, as much as I see something in you that is rare. Like looking at a gemstone, its many facets-different, depending on the lighting and the distance viewed from. Not a flawless gemstone, but one naturally formed, with qualities I can readily identify. It isn't a question of what I want. It is a question of what I want for you. I see in you, a confident but vulnerable man; talented, logical and articulate. I saw the honesty in your eyes, and the simple love for your family. I comprehended your methodical thought process, marveled at your self control, heard the power and rawness of your voice, saw the perfection of your stagecraft. i was captured. I have found the answers to the deepest questions in my life. Now I am watching your evolution and your finding of the answers. Why did I watch television every week? It is simple. I could not not watch you. Even still, I cannot not watch you. Why? Because the universe is going to give you exactly what you deserve, and I wanna see it unfold!!! We are opposites. You are an articulate showman.I am a quiet steady soul. You like crowds, and jewelery, makeup and the LA lifestyle. I want you to get what you want. That is why our bond is strong. You have a talent that I recognize. I wanna watch you win the corporate game because sometimes talent and persistance does win! And good guys do finish first! We are pioneers of sorts. Using technology to share information and stategies, watching the building of the Marty Casey/Lovehammers empire. And someday I will tell my grandchildren, I knew him when.....
