LIBRA (Sep 24 - Oct 23) Your Weekend: Domestic dramas dominate your outlook. Some involve friends and family, others revolve mainly around money. All are having an impact on your home life. You are starting to feel uncomfortable in the company of a particular person. The slightest mention of a sensitive subject is sufficient to send one or both of you into a tirade. You are juggling resources and struggling to keep a souring situation sweet. Would you like some good news now? You are going to be very successful!

"I see my light come shining from the West unto the East. Any day now, any day now, I shall be released." Bob Dylan wrote many anthems. This one, though, says the most about the predicament that you currently find yourself in. You want to be 'released' from a commitment, an obligation or an onerous situation. Or, at least, a part of you wants this. Another part wants to stick with what you have started. Certainly, it must be a release with honour or it cannot occur. It will be.

From "The Truth About Your Sign"
"Libra The Myth: On the one hand, Librans cannot make their minds up about anything. On the other, they are extremely decisive. Or then again, perhaps not. It all depends on how you cut the cake. The traditional expectation though, is that Librans will cut that cake into exactly equal pieces and then share it generously with their friends. Or will they?
The Truth: Thankfully, Librans are not the dithering scatterbrains that some astrologers paint them as. Nor are they manically obsessed with equality. Nor, come to that, are they wishy-washy folk who can find a way to agree with anyone. They can, of course. Librans are famous for their charm. It is though, a bit of an affectation. Librans, actually, are argumentative. They love to play Devil's advocate and though like to look at situations and weigh them up, they are happy to accept an imbalance, as long as it is in their favour. On one point only are the old clichés correct. Librans do like sharing.
The Key To Success: As a Libran, you are blessed with an ability to see both sides of every story. You suspect though, that you are also cursed with an inability to tell which side you prefer. Not so. When you feel unsure about something, there's always a good reason. Be less doubtful of your doubts and you'll have far more to celebrate in your future."

Provided by Astrology.com - for June 13
Shared experiences connect you with other people -- so get connected today by telling people what you want, either from them or from life in general. This is a great day to have relationship discussions, negotiate a pay raise or a promotion, or to confess a guilty secret that you have been holding on to for way too long. If you reveal who you really are today, you will find that people are looking at you very admiringly.

Let's not forget - he's also the Chinese sign of the Ox. The monthly forecast from MSN Astrology:
Chinese Sign Ox June The month of June begins and ends with a Full Moon. The first week is a special time for getting in touch with friends near and far. If you can, arrange to travel and visit. You're a person of regular habits. In the month of the Horse, it's easier to handle multiple projects at once. If you have a child, find ways to encourage him or her to be more independent. Medical and dental screening should not be ignored this month. In business and financial matters, do your research and take the advice of experts. Don't forget to take care of yourself. Massage can be especially helpful if you're feeling stressed. Talk to friends if you need to be more physically active. The habit of regular walks will make a big difference. Getting out in the air and open spaces will make you feel more optimistic.

From Sister Mary ManhattanLibra (September 23-October 22) Hey, your home planet is coming back, too! And it’s your birthday??? Careful not to overextend yourself expecting everything to go exactly as you planned. The full moon in Pisces coming this week is going to make you even more sensitive than usual. It’s good because you’ll be more attune to what’s going on with people you care about—particularly what they’re not saying—but bad because you’re more likely to take the stupid things they say personally. Watch your money this week, trust that your peops will take care of your birthday celebration and you don’t have to hire the stripper yourself. Even though it’s your time to be the star, you may notice that you’ll be called to do the Balancing Act, again, with those around you who are out of whack. Darlin’, that’s just the way it goes, sometimes…

Here's another one from Jonathan Cainer (www.cainer.com). I enjoy his site, and I think he's very good, especially on the personality traits. In his writing, he has a way of making even 'difficult' astrological news seem like an opportunity, not a problem. There is always a ray of hope. That reminds me of someone else's writing in a way.... Anyway, this was a very interesting one. Saturday, 13th October 2007 Your week ahead:
LIBRA (Sep 24 - Oct 23) Would a palace make you feel more secure than a humble but cosy hut? Are orchids more precious than daisies? In the eyes of some, the differences are enormous. Such people are often fabulously rich. They are surrounded by expensive finery. Yet their hearts are empty because their values are so shallow. Maybe money can buy you what passes, in some folks mind, for love but it sure can't buy sensitivity! Or style. Or wit. Or wisdom. Or discrimination. The recent New Moon in Libra implies that some material blessings may soon be added to your life. Enjoy them - but don't take them too seriously. Aim to be rich in spirit and all else you need will come.

LIBRA September 23-October 22
October 31, 2007
You are seeing some success in your career and want to celebrate, but there is just not enough time to get away from your new responsibilities. You need to insist on some "self" time, so that you can recharge your batteries every once in a while
You may need to check in with your family, if only to confirm plans. It's a good time to build stronger bonds with those who may have drifted a bit. A gentle touch is all you need to make it happen.

Here was Marty's forecast for October, from Jonathan Cainer (www.cainer.com). It's very interesting to go back and read these at the end of the month, to see if the astrologer called it right. LIBRA (Sep 24 - Oct 23) Your October Forecast: You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. If we substitute the word 'please' for 'fool', we create a statement which is equally true. We also gain an insight into the reason why you might feel inclined to go around fooling people in the first place. After all, if you can't please them... hey, hang on, there are issues of integrity at stake now. You have to think about whether to take the 'easy way out' or stand and fight your ground. You also have to ask yourself what you owe - and to who? Some of your current obligations are imaginary. Be honest in October and all will be fine.

THis weeks Horoscope from Baro Samadhi von Coppockalpse
Libra: You Scratch My Back…
Venus' movement into your sign is a fine thing. Your natural flair for the diplomatic and the aesthetic will get a boost as Venus works her way through Libra for the next month. And with the shit flying in the direction it's been blowing lately, you'll need it. The New Moon in Scorpio this Friday marks a month where the key focus is on your shifting financial situation, with a special highlight on how emotional and financial involvement intertwine.

Predictions for Dec.31 -Jan.6 from ELM LEAVES Emotions rule at the start of the week, affecting your perception about a decision. Best advice: Avoid commitments until that good Libran sense kicks back in.

From Rob Brezny LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): "When it comes time to do your own life," wrote author Rosellen Brown in her book *Civil Wars,* "you either perpetuate your childhood or you stand on it and finally kick it out from under." According to my analysis of the omens, Libra, you will, sometime in 2008, reach the pivotal point Brown referred to. And the coming weeks could be a big turning point. So which way will you go? and from The BaronLibra: The Scales The New Moon that occurs this week will likely see you seriously re-considering your lifestyle. The two topics on the scales are pleasure, on one hand, and the need for healing on the other. Premature conclusions in this matter may lead to a desire to make rash changes in your lifestyle. Give it time and let the scales do their work.

Although your supporters help you squash an unfair claim against you, don't let this go unchallenged. You need to learn more about the motives of those behind it.

For today, June 4, 2008, from http://www.cainer.com:
Libra The most common example of creativity is through procreativity - having children. But whether your creative projects are children, job or vocation, today is a day where you can derive more pleasure than normal from these things. You're not content to just sit still and run with the status quo, there's a need for something exciting and fulfilling. It's not that you're a rebel or troublemaker, but a growing boredom is becoming apparent, and the way to nip it in the bud is to extend your creative abilities and incorporate something new and stimulating into your life.

No one's posted here in a while, so I'll put one up. (From http://www.cainer.com)
Libra
for Tuesday, 25th November 2008: Governments are working all around the world, in an attempt to limit the damage of the Credit Crunch. Great economists are rewriting their rules and taking measures previously unthought-of, as they strive to stimulate the economy. Will they succeed? Well, let's put it this way. They won't fail. Their activities will have an impact - and not just on the way the world does business. Now we all know that it is possible to think the unthinkable and that change can happen in an instant. In your life too, what 'was' is not how things will be.
Your Week Ahead. Saturday, 22nd November 2008:
We live in a wiser world than we used to do, but we still have a considerable way to go. We have less prejudice, hatred, anger and fear... but there's always something somewhere to worry us.
Your challenge, this week, is to evolve, move on, leave an old way of looking at life behind and, if possible, inspire someone else to do the same. By working with what you've got, you can get precisely what's required. Instead of gazing into the distance, wishing you could be somewhere else, just make an effort now to place yourself in the best position you can.
Dwell much longer on the might- have-beens this week and you really will start making an error! You deserve to give yourself more credit, to have more faith in your own wisdom and to relax. The world is full of folk who think they know when others are getting it right or wrong. Why do you care about their opinion? What do they know? This week, if life shows you a giant neon STOP! sign... then stop! If you don't see that... just carry on!

From Jonathan Cainer ( www.cainer.com ) for Libra, Jan. 21, 2009: "Stand up. Take a bow. Sit back. Take a break. You can't do both at once but you can do both in reasonably rapid succession now... and you should. You have something to be proud of. You have worked hard to achieve something that many might have given up on. We may live in troubled times but you are used to dealing with trouble and you've accomplished much that's impressive and important. Now, though, whilst continuing to remain diligent and straightforward, you also need to give yourself some rest and reward."
