Whenever I see lists like this I'm reminded of High Fidelity. Top 10 Bands- in no particular order & subject to change depending on my mood. 1. PIXIES 2. New Order 3. NIN 4. Foo Fighters 5. Depeche Mode 6. Violent Femmes 7. Red Hot Chili Peppers 8. The Clash 9. Smashing Pumpkins 10. The Church Many, many others - The Cure, Ramones, Beasties, Ministry, Sugarcubes, Nirvana, Radiohead, Prodigy, Interpol, Audioslave, Weezer, Lovehammers, etc. I could keep going for hours.

OMG - it is so cool to see so many of you list Skid Row. Finally I can come out of the closet - imagine that, a 47-year old fan who still thinks fondly of Rachel Bolan *sigh*
Anywhoooo.
In sort of particular order, meaning, the ones near the top are the ones I'm listening to a lot these days:
Faith No More Metallica (playing RIGHT NOW) Green Day
On a regular basis INXS Bon Jovi Pink Floyd Jethro Tull Nirvana
Always ends up in the player once a month or so: The Cure No Doubt Portishead Shakira (yep)
Fave Soundtrack/Mixed Albums: Sopranos Mission Impossible 2 Pulp Fiction Grosse Pointe Blank

Just curious as to what other bands/music everybody else enjoys. So, I decided to make a "Top 10 Favorite Bands" thread. I think Marty probably attracts people with very different musical tastes... I'm very interested to know what else everybody else is into. With my list of musice everyone will say really attracted a range of music: 1) Bee Gees 2) Lynard Skynard 3) Led Zepplin 4) Insane Clown Posse (ICP) 5) Twiztid 6) Billy Squier 7) Stone Temple Pilots 8) AeroSmith 9) MatchBox 20 10)Guns N Roses I like alot of music from the 50's 60's and 70's..disco the 80's ... Michael Jackson, Prince and alot of todays music Foo Fighters, Green Day. Country music..I tolerate very little of it.

Another example of quiet offstage and huge stage persona.
