Hi!!  I have a million and one things good to say about Marty, and a million and one things that I hate about JD being the new lead singer for INXS.... So, it's too much, I can't even begin to type all the things and points I want to make about that...I have posted a LOT before on other Marty forums, and also on one of my own forums on worldcrossing.com called "Graphic Artists United II". If you go to the fan art section here, you'll see the links to the Marty threads on that forum. Scroll WAY down towards almost the bottom, and it will show a small thumbnail sample of my Marty Casey Fan Art, under the name "Sky Blue Hope", and the links are right there. So, I'd just like to say, that I hope Marty doesn't cut his hair short....that'd be like the Mona Lisa shaving her head or something, you just don't do that....lol  His hair makes him "complete", of course he has that God-given natural talent, a deep and originally rare "essence" about him, and an awesome and mesmerizing stage presence, BUT...if he cuts his hair short on me, I'll probably lose interest... Sorry if this is vain, petty, materialistic, and seemingly trivial, but I LOVE the long hair on the cute guys: Other examples: Johnny Depp Stuart Townsend Brad Pitt Gary Oldman The list goes on and on.....but, I only think they're cute when they wear their hair long. IF you have hair like that, don't "sell-out" and cut it short!! Of course I can understand actors having to cut it for a role in a movie or something, but NOT Marty, not the rock stars, NOT for no reason, PLEASE MARTY DON'T CUT YOUR HAIR!!! I like his hair, but even if he shaved it, he would still have that personality, that voice, and those eyes!
He would still be Marty and I would still be a fan!

Just so you "guys" know that I'm not just about "hair", here's a copy/paste of what I posted on my forum the day after Marty lost to the loser JD himself:
Okay here goes:
It's now Wednesday, the day after the final RockStar: INXS episode. It was down to Marty, Mig and JD. Each sang a song that was classic rock, the INXS eliminated one more, and it was Mig. Now it's down to Marty (my personal favorite), and this other one JD (whose personality just annoys the hell out of me, not to mention I don't like how he sounds at all, nor can I stand even looking at him).
But, each one (Marty and JD), sang one song with INXS and by INXS, and then they ultimately decided on JD. They did ask Marty to open for them on their world tour, but I was still very disappointed by INXS choice.
Now, if I want to see Marty in concert, I will HAVE to STILL buy that INXS concert ticket, which I swore to myself I'd never do if anybody BUT Marty won this. I love Marty's sound, his look, his stage presence, and his seeming maturity over everyone else that was a contender in this "contest". So I vowed to ban INXS if they picked anyone else other than Marty.
Now, I re-thought that, and I said, well maybe if Mig won and not Marty I could handle that better. But JUST NOT JD!! NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!! NOT JD, Not the cheater, the manipulator, the one who is "most likely to go off and be completely unstable", no, NOT him!!
Now, I don't want to have to listen to any INXS music, or see any INXS videos, with that JERK, JD, being in the front, no way in hell.
So, given that, it was very clever when INXS said to Marty after he loses to the loser JD himself, that they wanted Marty to open for them on their world tour.
Okay, not a bad consolation prize, right? Well, here's the catch:
How can I NOT buy an INXS concert ticket, if for now, it'd be the only way I'd get to see and hear Marty?
They were sooooooo clever in that respect. Of course they didn't want to lose the "Marty voting audience"...so they let him open, probably because they didn't want to have half of America, and other countries, hating them for NOT picking Marty.
Anyway, Marty will go on to become a major recording artist, I just know it. Perhaps they did Marty a huge favor. He now has the freedom to express himself artistically/musically in his own way, his own style, his own time, his own everything.
JD on the other hand, is just some guy who sneaked and cheated his way into fronting an already previously existing rock band. (If rock is what I'd even call half of INXS's songs-NO OFFENSE-TO EACH HIS OWN, MUSIC LIKE BEAUTY AND ART, IS IN THE EYE AND EAR OF THE BEHOLDER!!!). Now he's stuck there. If he wants to do something completely his own idea, it'll have to be alright with INXS first, (he he he).
Sometimes, the grass just isn't greener on the other side, and Marty was granted a blessing in disguise by NOT winning, even though I was routing and voting for him, and SCREAMING NO, NO, NO, at my tv when they announced JD was the "winner".
Marty, wherever you are, I hope you will care enough about your "fans" to someday soon eventually find your way to this post and read this, and if you do know this:
YOU are the one who truly "deserved" to win. Very noble of you to say that JD deserved it, you handled your loss so well, I'm so proud of you still, geez, I feel like I should be your mom or something I'm so proud of you...
