This is for all us children of the 70's. Let's all have a good laugh and share some wonderful memories. Please feel free to add to this.
You might be a child of the 70's if:
1. Your closet had a lot of plaid in it.
2. You had a key for your roller skate's.
3.Your favorite cartoon's were Josie and the pussycat's, Scooby Doo, The Flintstones, The Roadrunner, and The Jetson's.
4.You wished you had long straight hair like Cher's.
5. You had a rotary phone.
6. You were on the same phone line with your neighbor's.
7. You'd pick up the phone and pretend you were the operator by saying their was an emergency and you needed the line free, then you would call your friend's.
8. You were Soooooo in Love with Donny Osmond!
9. You played "Puppy Love" over and over again .
10. You had Donny Osmond and Michael Jackson poster's all over your bedroom wall's.
11. Your family had a station wagon.
12.You and all your friend's wore" plastic bracelet's" you took off of the inside of a pringles can. It was the in thing to do!
13.You could still buy penny candy.
14. You remember pop-rock's, fun-dip, bottlecaps, dumdum's, goober's, wax lip's, milk dud's and bazooka gum.
15. You had to get off the couch to change the channel.
16. You only had 3 channels.
17 .You believed the rumor that Mickey, that kid from the Life Cereal commercial, actually died from a lethal combo of Pop Rock's and CoCa Cola.
18. You bought "Gee, Your Hair Smell's Terrific" shampoo, actually believing someone might tell you your hair smelled terrific.
19.Your radio only had AM station's.
20. You heard people talking about "Jesus Christ Superstar "and you really thought they were talking about Jesus Christ.
21.You remember the Watergate scandal.
22.Your family had the Instant Polaroid Camera and you would watch spellbound as the picture appeared.
23. You wore flared Jean's or Bellbottom pant's along with peasant blouses.
24. You wanted to be one of Charlies Angel's.
25 You got the Farrah Fawcett haircut. And had the blowdryer and Tong's to go along with that cut.
26. You could name all the Characters from " The Duke's of Hazard."
27. You had a crush on Bo Duke.
28. Safe sex meant "My parent's are out of town!".
29.You remember movie rating's were only rated G, PG, and R.
30. You loved Rock and Roll music!
31. Your first musical purchase was a record album or an 8 track tape.
32. You had rock poster's of Aerosmith, Bad co., Nazareth,ect... all over your bedroom wall's.
33. You were embaressed to say you used to love Donny Osmond.
34.You watched" Jaw's" and were scared to go in the water after that.
35. You owned a macrame bag.
36. You had a "Friendship" bracelet you made from colored yarn.
37. You went to parties and some of your teacher's were their.

38. Your main source of transportation was your THUMB. Thumb's Up Baby!
39. You knew someone who worked in the movie theater and they snuck you in to see the Excocist, Carrie, and the Omen.
40. You remember "Disco" music.
