My snapple cap today says "Termites chew through wood twice as fast when listening to rock music"....! So my question is, ok so geez how fast do they chew through when Lovehammers are on then!?!? The ultimate rock music should = ultimate chewing power! Reminds me of my one and only speeding ticket...I was pulled over about 30 seconds after She Sells Sanctuary came on the radio in my car...the year was 1991 and it was my FAVORITE RIPPIN SONG! Now I have to watch my speedometer when LH are in the disc changer! (which is every day!) Termites and gas pedals, both drastically affected by ROCK! ;D I have to add the disclaimer that no more speeding tickets have been issued since 1991, but I admit that if I were to get another for a LH induced trance, I will simply plead my case D.W.H. - Driving While HammerHeaded

PS! Speaking of She Sells Sanctuary, we are seeing The Cult in L.A. next Tuesday (March 7th) in Hollywood a the Henry Fonda Theatre...anyone else going??? Heard last night's concert up in San Fran brought the house down! We're still big Cult fans too!

So true - I never have sped so much in my life since discovering LH. I don't do it intentionally, it just happens! Have fun at the Cult show - I saw them about 6 years ago at a festival in Charlotte. The younger kids in the audience were waiting for Papa Roach and didn't get what the cult is all about, but I loved it!!! Glad to hear they are touring again.

We just heard back from some friends who went to see them (Cult) in San Fran on Wed night and they said they sounded incredible, really awesome! So we are excited for our show next Tuesday on Hollywood! Ian Astbury (lead singer) has been very active in the past few years. The Cult has had some new stuff released (including title track on Gone in 60 Seconds a couple years back), but more notably Ian has been touring with 2 of the original members of THE DOORS, taking Jim Morrison's position as lead singer. They did a couple of gigs together in 2003 and are touring again this year, all throughout Europe in April. They call themselves "Riders on the Storm" when Ian is fronting the band. Billy, the guitarist of The Cult, is also one of the band members of a casual pick-up band called Camp Freddy with Dave Navarro. Camp Freddy alternates lead singers from gig to gig, lead singers from other major groups or solo artists wil take center stage, kind of a spur of the moment, just for fun kind of gathering. Anyway, yeah both Ian and Billy have been active in the music scene and also are back together as The Cult bringing back their all-time favorites! She Sells Sanctuary still up there in my top 10! (although I like so many Lovehammer songs now that they just about take up all top 10 positions themselves!!) ~All Hail Rockers of the 80's!~

Right after I posted here the other day, they played Sweet Soul Sister on VH1 classic. I knew satellite tv was good for something!
