Thinking, as I look at all the stamps on mail from wristband requests and Christmas mail, Stamp collectors ;D This is the time when their eyes really open up for old stamps.  So wondering if there are some Collectors on the site who would like some used stamps? If so let Amy, Helen or I know.  Nice to recycle too  |

Nice idea, Trees. And I can send some Hong Kong stamps from when it was still a British colony --they even have the Queen's head on them. Hmmmm now better find then in case someone takes me up!

C That's a great idea chk ;D Really is funny when Christmas rolls around seems that's when all the old stamps start circulating. For myself I don't send to many letters anymore and when I have to I start searching around for that stamp I bought last year  Never do find it until I don't need because I got tired of looking and just took the envelope to the Post Office and bought a new one Just did this yesterday, had to off some mail and asked for two 50 cents stamps and boy have the stamps changed since I bought the last ones. I'm talking about the size of the stamp. I laughed when I was handed the stamps. They were hugh  I said to the girl "I won't have any place to put the address  do have anything smaller They didn't really look that special either. Now if they had Marty's georgous face or maybe Palari's avatar I wouldn't mind...probably buy a couple of extras and frame them ;D |

if it had marty's face and we actually used the stamp (can't imagine sending it away) it would be like licking hte back of his head to send a letter!!!

Thats a great idea, putting Marty's face on a stamp! For awhile here in Oz you could personalize stamps, I had better look into that again and see if I can still do it. Would anyone like for me to start saving stamps? I could tear off a small part of the envelope and save. Obviously, I'm getting lots of stamps these days. ;D
