Monday I start chemo and I'm starting to feel a little anxiety! I will have to go once a week for four weeks for a 2 hour chemo treatment, and the next day for a 5 min injection to boost my white blood cell count. Then, once a week for 12 weeks for a 1 1/2 hour treatment. Next, everyday for 6 weeks for radiation. Finally, once a week for 40 weeks for another 5 minute injection. Yit! I won't go into all the medical terminology, but please give me strength. I'm going to call it "Marty Strength" because I've decided to bring my Lovehammer CD's and the portable dvd player to watch him on my RS dvd! Doesn't that sound like a good plan? Thanks again for all your good vibes! I'll be checking in---so keep me updated with pics and stories from all the great concerts you will be going to! I would have jumped at going to the Viper Room if I wasn't going through this! Love, Hotrox (Roxanne)

Roxanne, You know I will be thinking about you through all this. I can't begin to understand what you are going through right now. I hope that you get all the love and support you need from your friends and family to keep you strong. You know you have it here! I think bringing your LH CDs and DVDs is a great idea. Lovehammers are good for the soul. Take care and please keep us updated. ~Penny

Good Luck Hotrox.
I have no idea how your feeling.
I know i don't like to talk about it on these boards but for the last 5 months i've had to get ultrasounds on my breast because of a lump i found. In the next two weeks i have to get a biopsy and i'm terribly scared just about that. I've never had a biopsy before, I've never even had a bloodtest. I don't know what to expect.
I hope everything turns out great for you.. hang in there.
*hugs*

Roxanne,
I'll be saying a prayer for you at Mass tomorrow. Be strong and try to channel your anxiety to "Marty strength". I guess listening to Marty is always a good balm. Maybe print out Marty pics as well so that you'd have something good to look at?
Lalalaa, sorry to hear that you've had your own little battle. Be positive, don't underestimate the power of positive thinking. Will be praying for you too!
Take care you two!

Roxanne, I hope everything goes well for you today. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Stay strong and visit here often. Looking at the Marty pics in the stills/animation threads should help put a smile on your face (as well as reading the hilarious dialogue).
Sending you a hug . . . . take care.
Cindy
