Hey, everybody!
Is there a way to convert mp4's to mp3's? I've downloaded some songs from iTunes and I want to use them in some videos I'm making, but you can't use mp4's in WMM (Windows Movie Maker).
Any ideas?

Ok, we just went through this with trying to load some songs on my neices MP3 player. According to the hubby, the only way to do it is to burn them onto a CD and then load them back on to the PC from the CD and save them as an MP3. I hope this helps!

I just tried that and it didn't work. It will convert them to mp3, but no other device will be able to read them. I think it is because the mp4s from iTunes are "protected." I'm downloading some software that is supposed to be able to convert protected mp4s. I'll let you all know if it works.

I was wondering about this too. My computer that has a cd burner can't run iTunes. So we have L'Strange downloaded on the other comp but can't do much with it (cause that comp doesn't have a burner). Ughh.

Did anyone ever figure out how to do this...?
I know I should break down and buy winXP for my comp so we can burn a copy. But really that would be the only reason to do so. I'm so used to winME - I know other ppl hate it but I've got all the little bugs worked out over the years and it works well for me. Plus, I'd rather spend the $$ on something else. But if it means I can burn L'Strange for the car and watch Vspot asoustic..... I'll have to do it.
