I posted these in the Fangirls section - some other folks posted theirs too - and it was suggested we start a thread here for those who want to share the beauty of where they live! I would love to see all the different places represented here on the board!! Whether out your window - or in your neighborhood - Please Share!! Oregon Coast - Depoe Bay, Oregon USA CJ aka OC Oregon Coast

This isn't out my window, but here's downtown Spokane. The only place in all of Spokane I really miss when I'm at school is downtown.

These are from 2/26/04 - our last snow. The first photo is of my backyard. Behind the fence is the rest of my yard and then the "lake." The "lake" is a 3 acre pond. LOL The other two photos are looking out my front door. We don't get much snow in South Carolina, so it's an EVENT!

I live in the west end of Panama City Beach, FL in an area called Laguna Beach. This first pic shows just down at the end of my street... a very short walk from my house.... this is the end of the street and straight ahead part of the dedicated beach on the Gulf of Mexico. And over the dune, here is what the beach looks like from earlier this year BEFORE all the tourists got here..... The part of Florida I live in is called the Emerald Coast. That is because of that emerald green water you see here and also the soft white sand. I have lived in this part of Florida nearly all my life.... Different coastal towns...but the same area.

Am I the only city chick around here? Here is the view from my previous window --- I live a little to the left now: and one of the "country", HK-style.

Chk... You always blow me away with your population of where you live Does Donald Trump live around there? This small town/city girl is just amazed at the size of these skyscrapers. You don't really live in one of those HIGH RISES, do you Looks like it would take a couple of hours just to get to street level! Beautiful to look at, yet overwhelms me! I'm going to take a picture of our Harbour tomorrow and crack you up at the population of boats we have in our little harbour Thanks Oceancat46 for starting this thread Seeing different places of the world reminds me of how much I miss travelling around ;D Come back to Victoria and have another visit All the photo's are wonderful

Here is the view behind my house. I actuallly live a little higher up than this pic - so my view of the mountains is unobstructed. It's not perfect - but it's home!

I love the tall palm trees....it's so "California!" We have the short palms here in SC down at the coast. Every time I see the tall palm trees I'm reminded of my many wonderful, fun visits to Los Angeles.

This is a very cool thread. Fascinating. And Mad, those are gorgeous kids. If the other 2 are anything like the, you are a lucky fangirl.
