Well now Star you can be armed and protect yourself from the bad guys. Its sad when these kids wander the streets and get abducted, no one knew a creep lived in the area. It is scary but informative. I think realtors should use it when helping out a family buy a house.

No kidding...I think that when I finally decide to puchase a home i will have to research so much more. Who could have imaginined, that so many horrible people could be allowed to roam freely in the world... preying on innocent people. So scary!

I agree Luna...if it means a lose in commission, then they would rather just not say anything...then they can blame the buyer for not looking into the property themselves.
