Hi HH,
Welcome back. Hope alll is well on the family front. I love your ideas. We have been a little quiet for a while on the Tribute and I was just thinking about how to get it on a roll again.
How is your song for Billy coming? Any "soubd" to share with us yet?

Hey everyone, Were you still wanting to do a song on the night of the cruise... ?? I think there was a miscommunication in what Joe (my hubby) told HH on the April 1st deadline. The only thing I really needed was to know for sure by April 1st, not that the song had to be done, and I am sorry for any misunderstanding. If you guys can get a song don before the cruise I am all for it and think this is an awesome idea.  |

Hi Team  I think it is time to start this train moving again. Here are the latest lyrics for the Billy song that YC and I have been working on. I am also including the URL to a practice session. There are 2 takes on this practice session. The vocalist does not have a mic so it is reall hard to hear. Just wanted everyone to know that we are making progress. I will post the next version as soon as we all get back together. Hoping to have it by the Cruise. I am not sure what folks will be ready to do for the Cruise - I do not think we should consider anything 'live". We will see. It would be cool to do something. I haven't forgotten about that. I am just having to wait a bit for help.
My cousin Mike (from 'Wicked Relish') was expecting with his wife by this month. She had some problems in her first pregnancy with preclampsia (not sure if I spelled that right?) and was starting to show some this time. She went almost to full term,however had too much stress showing with the heart rate for the baby and they had to do a c-section to take the little guy out. He was only around 3lbs at birth. So they had to get him to 6lbs to get him home.
His wife is recovering well and the baby just got released home. Thank God the baby gained weight fast. Anyway, he has taken some time off from the band. The guys in the band suported him and cut back on gigs...so, I just wanted to give him time with his family.
I will ask him, but I know you all can understand. He was under a lot of stress worring about his family and I didn't want to ask anything of him to add to that.
I think he will be the best chance at a better recording for her song.
