I was so excited about going to see my first LH concert (the pics above are from that concert)....I barely slept for days before that. Chk had flown in from Hong Kong with jet lag. We both were riding high on adrenaline for the 4 days in Chicago. We froze our @#$ off but didn't care. It was such fun. Not much going on here except celebrating lots of birthdays. Aug through Nov are busy months in our fam for birthdays.....hmmmm, guess I know what everyone in my family does during the cold winter months..... ;D ;D ;D Right now I'm excited about getting over to OZ in 2008 so I can relate. Speaking of which, I should be exercising right now. Gotta get in shape if I'm going to keep up with the Aussgals. Den

Yep - would suggest drinking-a-plenty!! I'd never keep up - I'm assuming the alcohol is weaker in the US - if not, I've got to start practicing! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Sounds great, planning on going to Oz - I think that's the next big dream and Art seems more excited about that one! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I'll let you get on with your exercising then - I've got to for a bit - I'm wanted in another office don't they realise that I'm chatting here? Take care matey speak to you soon.

Speaking of which, I should be exercising right now. Gotta get in shape if I'm going to keep up with the Aussgals. Den Go hard Den!! I'm right behind you. There is much fun to be had with the old elbow bending exercises. The only thing I suggest is to make sure you have a liver donor ready for when you get back home, other than that, no side effects whatsoever! I talked to Ing today and she's all excited, Peesky's on board and so is the gorgeous Gaia and Mr T...Gaia assures me he has had plenty of time to recover from the last trip (as well as much therapy). Sozl is all excited and we'll work hard to get Palari over too. Fingers crossed Helen is well enough to join us. ;D ;D Thanks so much for being there for me this week Den MWAH So, this afternoon I drove to town to pick Brandon up from school. I left a bit early with plans to go shopping, for myself. About halfway to town it starts to rain so hard I have to pull over and wait...then it starts to hail. Lucky it was only marble sized hail, but I sat there for at least 20 minutes with hail pounding my car...and Grinderman blaring from the stereo. The thunder was so loud it shook the car and drowned out Nick Cave's voice...not an easy thing to do! So it all ended and I drove off up the highway. It looked like a northern hemisphere winter, everything was white. The hails was inches deep and hard to drive through. Anyway, a few minutes later I see this big red bus slipping and slidding all over the road, heading straight towards me. My life flashed before my eyes as my foot hit the brakes. The bus didn't hit but it pushed towards the side of the road into a big puddle. I lost all traction on the road and then proceeded into quite a graceful ballet until I got control again. Heart pounding and in desperate need of Fricks & Fracks paper towel supply...who woulda thought I'd ever need them without first looking at pics of a certain 6'2 Blonde! I get to town, no time to shop but head straight to the school. All these cars are honking and flipping me the bird and I'm all like WTF? Turns out blinkers/indicators fuse had blown. So I drove where I didn't need to indicate and when I did I had to do the arm out the window thing! So thats my afternoon. I got home, logged onto the internet so work can't call me in...I have dial up, one telephone line and no mobile service out here. No way I'm working tonight. Its bourbon o'clock *chink chink* girls enjoy your weekend xxx J PS I sent you an email Dawn, hope you get it this time...and here's something to warm you up
