Jet, the "Mohammers" are absolutely dead on- and hilarious. And the milk on Marty is perfect! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I don't think I've logged on here in ages - too busy over at the store. I have to ask you Aussies something...a friend told me that she read that in Australia Santas aren't allowed to say "ho ho ho" cuz it offends some people. Is this true? ;D ;D ;D ;D Are your ladies of the evening that sensitive? I love when santa says it to me...makes me think he knows me personally! ;D ;D ;D ;D (ok, just kidding - ya'all know what a good girl I am  ) Hey Den - you going to any of these shows that are being announced? |

Can't wait until our pre-orders arrive.  No NYE concert for me. My daughter and granddaughter are flying in from Florida. It should be so much fun for everyone. Coooooeeeeee Trees! I've been sitting here having a laugh, trying to take my mind off my dog Jack. He died this afternoon from a paralysis tick. We got the tick off in time and gave him the medication he needed but he was just getting to old to cope with the poison. I had to go somewhere for a few hours and hated to leave him. When I got home he wagged his tail but couldn't move. I sat with him again and a few minutes later he died. Its like he waited for me to get home.  now I have tears again. My boys are devestated. Mitch wrapped him in his favourite blanket and Brandon wrote him a note. Then they buried him in the front yard and plan to plant a tree on the grave. They talked and agreed on a Jacaranda tree. We've had Jack for 10 years, it really is like losing a family member.  Good from bad Den, my dog is gone, but every year I will see the purple flowers bloom and blanket the ground where he lays. Epic post tonight ;D mwah ladies all of you |

Just my luck to have missed you Dawn, and while I have PB open too Have a brilliant week off. Going to visit Arfur this time??? Hey Jet - sorry I missed you I'll still be around on the boards though - I just probably won't be up in time to speak to you  you know what I'm like for staying in bed  No, we're not visiting Arfur this time it's too far for us to get to, what with neither of us driving or anything. Hopefully next year we'll go with Bezz (Art's mate who we also adopted a monkey for) so fingers crossed there. Hope all you Aussies had an excellent weekend -  I'm getting the hang of this time difference thing now! |

Oh jet, I am so sorry to hear about Jack. As much as you love nature, the tree was the perfect memorial to him. Big Den hug   ...about the picture of you and me....well....um...uh...I was very very thirsty after Hammercruise... *cough* *cough* ........ ;D ;D (btw, wasn't one of those cups Palari's so she could take the pic? .... jet, you are baaaaaaaad. About the date thingy, I work for a global company so we also have to write the date in the global format (dd/mm/yyyy). Unfortunately, there are times when you also have labels using U.S. format (e.g. recieved and expiration dates) so unless it is the 13th or after, it can be a bit confusing. Hey guys. Stopping by for a minute. I'm on vacation at my Mom's so I usually just grab a moment here and there while she naps (she's 91!). I posted a few pics in the Asylum here and a lot more over at the store forum. Here's a couple more.   You can see how short Marty's hair is!  I'll try to bring more over after I get back from my trip. In the meantime, you can see them at the store if you want. |
