The bids go up in increments of $25.00 for amounts between $1,000.00 and $2,499.99 and $50.00 for amounts between $2,500.00 and $4,999.99.
For example, if the current bid is at $1,325.00 and you put in a bid of $2,000.00 the new bid will appear at $25.00 higher than the previous bidders highest amount bid.
If his highest amount bid was $1,325.00 the new amount wil be $1,350.00. If his hightest amount bid was $2,250.00 the amount will show up as $2,025.00 and you will still have to bid to beat his highest bid.
Of course all the hightest bids are hidden until you out bid them.

also if you want to be sure that the bid that wins is the amount that you want Dino to get for the bass, you should fill in the bid amount as something significant and then enter your highest bid. If not true, someone please clarify. 4.5 hours to go  |

I believe whatever's left over from the guitar fund after the auction closes will be donated to Dino as well.
At least that's my understanding...

just the other night I was outbid in the last 8 seconds. Snipers wait until the last seconds so you dont have time to bid again.

I just saw this thread, and man, this is absolutely amazing. People like you guys are what make me proud to be a Lovehammers fan. Unfortunately, I don't have any money to contribute since I have to pay for school.
