Oh the DVD is awesome. It's got a live, club feel to it and you get a special "Hammers Crib" tour of their house. That was a hoot!! ;D ;D Bobby is pretty hot himself, I think he has a Nikki Sixx fetish, though. The photograph part was one of the best, featuring a group photo of the LH with one of my biggest idols EVER, the DIVINE Jerry Cantrell

I have yet to buy the DVD (though I fully intend to as soon as I get the cash), but I'm wondering...what songs does the band perform on there? All of them or just the one's from MOMM and L'Strange or what?

Has anyone had problems with major dropout on their DVD? Mine is almost un-viewable, which is making me sad & crazy!! It's much worse than just some bad camera work -- the sound disappears, the video freezes then goes blank, etc. Should I try to order again from another source? Any ideas? I'm wondering if their master is wearing out from so much demand!!

I would send an e-mail to the band via their website telling them about the problem with the DVD.

Thanks, beantown. I was a bit worried about writing the band -- didn't want to make a fuss or make them feel bad. But I guess I will, cuz I REALLY want a good copy. Love the set at Schubas (at least what I could see of it) -- lots of great insights behind the songs.

You're welcome. I'm not tech person, but is it possible that there may be a setting that needs to be changed on the DVD player?
I can't remember the e-mail address, but maybe someone else here has it. Dino posted on the Lh message board to e-mail this certain address if fans had questions about items they ordered.

I'm wondering if their master is wearing out from so much demand!! Actually I received 2 "bad" DVDs. They would play for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes before they froze-up. The screen would also "pixelate" once in a while, but not too often. I didn't complain since I don't usually watch music DVDs, since I prefer seeing a concert live. I really only bought it to support the LH. I digress. A few weeks after my first one showed up I received another DVD. I figured they knew about the problem and automatically sent out new ones. This DVD did the same thing the first one did. I then figured shipping lost track of my order and sent me 2 by mistake. Within a week, I received my 3rd and final copy of the DVD. It works fine. I thought it was great that they automatically replaced it(them) and I never had to hassle them about it. FYI, I ordered my first DVD back on August 13th and the DVD came in sometime during the first week in Sept. How long ago did you order your DVD?

I just wanted to add that I had a similar problem with a batch of DVDs that I ordered from a website. These were sealed major movie releases, but when I got them I could not get one of the six to play with any kind of a decent picture. I happen to have 3 VCRs and when I switched which VCR I had the DVD attached to - presto - they worked fine. So that would be a quick thing to try if you have a stand-alone DVD player and an extra VCR handy

I don't know why I'm reading this. To torture myself I suppose. I am waiting (not too patiently) for my DVD. I know the boys are busy but all the talk about the good performances, and seeing songs performed that I've only listened to makes the patient thing hard. Oh, and there's the whole pretty that I want to view too.
