I LOVE L'Strange. Summertime in the City ( an upbeat and fun song ) Real Man Actually, I like all of them on L'Strange. MOMM Eyes Cant See They are all basically about the same subject. I dont have the cd in front of me. I need to see the titles and listen some more. I actually downloaded MOMM 2 weeks before L'Strange came in the mail. When I got L'Strange it ended up in my player and I dont want to take it out. It is awesome. Sound familiar. I had the demo songs and and had download MOMM. I just got L'Strange. I'm loving it!!i dunno... i mean i like L'Strange but its sooo emo!... just sooo emo! its weird to think of Marty writing and playing these songs... they're so evocative of like Saves The Day and The Get Up Kids... just better... but still! sooo emo!

There are too many excellent songs on MOMM to choose one. Why haven't the LH caught on sooner? The Tunnel is a permanent song in my head (thank God) but I really, really love Wait for No One. Love the words, the music, the sound, the voice, etc. There are certain songs on L'Strange where Marty sounds a little like Morrisey. Does anyone hear this or is it just my imagination. (Hubby still insists he sounds like Bowie, but I can't see this at all.) I know, Marty is Marty and sounds like Marty (thank God again!), but every now and then Morrisey slips in (which isn't such a bad thing.)

I would have to say "Clouds" it is the most beautiful song I have ever heard. It made me cry the first time I heard it.
Oh, oh and "Sleeper" another beauty. I love the tone of his voice on that one.Of corse the cathier ones too, like Trees or Eye can't see. Say your sorry...love it.
This Town really fun song makes you want to get uo and Everytime I hear Clouds (which is at least 5 times a day on the way to and from work) I think what a great single this would be, it's the softer side of Marty and really makes his voice sound good, also great lyrics and shows off the Lovehammers musical talents.
