Hey fellow Martylovers!! I was in the September thread posting my first post on the org. I read some of the other posts and they talked about the Guest Book. I had totally forgotten about the Guest Book...so I went to find it and I found my very first post on martycasey.org I thought it might be fun if we posted our Guestbook entries...does anyone else like the idea? Did you already have an online name or did you post using your RL name? Did you write a novel or just a quick "OMG he's so hot!" I will get us started...

I posted as palari from Christchurch, New Zealand So INXS did not pick him and he is still a world away from Christchurch but I am still captivated and I still love to watch him perform. What came next was Lovehammers...all right!! He is still yummy and I still adore him.

I remember signing the guestbook in October, though I didn't register on the message boards till December - I signed as Meredith Pena from Mooresville, NC: My hope is to see the Lovehammers play their own tour after the INXS tour. Murder on my Mind has not left my cd player since I bought it, and seeing the live show in a smaller venue would be fantastic, especially since most of the INXS shows are sold out already! I hope that Marty is ready for the life that awaits him! I know we are!!! I remember very soon after I wrote that, INXS added more dates to their tour, bringing Lovehammers to Charlotte and I took the morning off of work to sit by the computer and get my tickets the second they went onsale! Priorities, you know And to this day, Murder On My Mind rarely leaves my cd player!

Thanks Palari I haven't seen the 'Guest Book' in a long time My first post there looks like Sept 10/05 just a little one liner then Sept 11 more then on Sept 15 Used my real name/Trees on one then just my real name on the other two. Location stayed the same Salt Spring Island, BC. Thanks for the walk down Memory Lane. I remember not wanting to post on RS because of all the heaviness of crap that was going on so when I found the Guest Book, well, it was like peaceful and what I needed to introduce me to posting on the computer. Now I find it difficult to Shut Up ;D ;D ;D Yet I have been true to .org where my "Man" shows up once in awhile and your words of "He is still yummy and I still adore him. " "Oh So True!!!

Hey Shuckra!...MoMM is a staple in my player too..actually I listen mostly on my iPod...I just select Lovehammers/All and start with Intro on L'Strange and keep going through MoMM, MCLH, Ultrasound and How We Live...its brilliant.
Trees...you crack me up girlfriend! But you are right...it was so peaceful here, so calm and havenlike. It was great to find a place where you could say...Marty Rocks...without some troll hitting you with a flamethrower!

OH MY GOSH!!! I had totally forgotten about the guest book. I actually wrote some comments there weeks before I got up the nerve to join the board. Nothing memorable but here's my entry in the guestbook. (I signed in using my middle name. Ha.) Thanks, Palari, for the resurrection!

Noticed a thread with the Family/Marty link and here I am feeling like I am really writing straight to you. Feeling very mellow.
Just like some of the others,I don't do this chat thing, yet in the last 3 days,I have submitted approx. 8 comments on the INXS site as "Trees" in support of your dream. Feel very strong about it. So strong I am feeling overwhelmed by it all. Was thinking how your going to feel after this is all over WOW Please tighten up your seatbelt!!! Your Fans are going to BLOW YOUR MIND!! There is so much Love and Respect for you, It Is Overwhelming. You deserve all that you receive when this part of your journey has concluded. You've worked hard.
Your family and extended FANily are very proud of you. Wish I could be at the Marty Party in person, told the folks I'd be there in spirit tho'.
Bear hugs and butterfly kisses, The Spirit be with you.

Your Fans are going to BLOW YOUR MIND!Trees, a truer statement was never written . . . and that's before you even knew the half of it! I adore LH fans as much as I adore LH and the only thing that has changed since my first post is that now I feel like I'm a part of it. I started back on October 5/05 in the guestbook as Franny . . . ___________________________________________ Where are you from? Ontario, Canada Please enter your comments: Marty - it's not just your hard work that got you here. You are a true artist, with the ability to draw people in and make them feel whatever energy you connect to when you perform. I loved hearing you do INXS songs, but I'm just as interested in watching you do your own thing now with the Lovehammers. The transformation you went through on Rockstar was stunning, but I also love seeing you go a little crazy on stage (it's pure genius and totally energizing) and I would hate to see you rein that in too much, which is what might have happened with INXS. Rockstar has been the most fun I've ever had watching a show, and I loved the whole thing, but you especially fascinated me and I have been spending time trying to figure out why. The best I can come up with so far is that the artist in you has touched the artist in me and reawakened it. I don't know how you did it, but I'd really like to thank you for that. I'm looking forward now to seeing what I do with this new energy, and I'm going to be first in line for whatever you do next. Marty - in case nobody's told you yet (grin) - you ROCK. (And 'props' to the creator of this website, it's SO well done). _______________________________ Wow, thanks for taking me back there Palari. The very next post I made was the same day in the Hail from Canada thread, and a few days later I met my beloved Trees and Palari in the "I figured out what it is about him" thread. If either of you are interested, it's been long buried but a nice one to revisit martycasey.proboards62.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=squee&thread=1127794792&page=4

No problem Franny...thanks for posting...and thanks for the link. That was the birth of our friendship. I never imagined that I would have a beautiful friend, somone who took her place in my heart like it was just waiting for her to arrive, on the other side of the planet, a world away. I have never met you Franny, and that was our first encounter...but I have known you and loved you for lifetimes.
Light and laughter Beautiful
Thanks for being here for this.

A very happy little pomegranate. I do believe this is serendipity . . . the art of finding something unexpected and fortunate while searching for something else entirely. I'll bet a lot of us can say that.

Once again you both cracked me up and I salute you both Palari and Franny setting Trees up once again after soooo long. Oh . . . but Trees . . . we were being serious!!!
Gooey perhaps, but serious . . . . I really am a happy little pomegranate!
And I have way too many miles behind me here. One of these days when I have nothing to do I'll have to go back and relive it all again . . . dig up a few dear old friends . . . laugh at how funny they were . . . just need to find a day where there is nothing to do . . .

You know, when I was digging in the Guestbook for my entry, I passed by a lot of names that have become VERY familiar to me since then. There are a lot of people who have been here for a very long time.
And it's the darndest thing when the post office runs out of stamps. That ever happen in NZ?
