Hello, all!
Who's going to be Street Teaming for this show?
Who's contacting radio stations and chatting up DJ's?
Who's papering the town with flyers?
How are we going to fill the house for Lh?
What other ST ideas do you have for this show?
Let's hear it!

Again, sorry I haven't been posting over here much. Let me just cut and paste my posts from the LH site.
First post : Anyone able to help ST this? STL fans, KC fans - promote this in your areas, too. People will drive for the LHs. I have flyers and signs out all over town. The Blue Note has signs up all over downtown, too. Been contacting all the radio stations. Tried to get one of the record shops to order extra cd's. Not sure how that worked, but I've got stickers and cards on their ST table. Going to some music (guitars, drum kits) stores today to put up flyers and signs. The Blue Note is a great venue to see bands at. They just had Buckcherry here last weekend.
Newest post: Talked to the owner last night. Pretty much anything goes. He was excited that they will be doing a meet and greet. He said if they bring their merchandise, they are welcome to sell it. Cameras ARE allowed. He will be trying to help get them some air time on the radios. He hasn't decided what station he will be using to advertise the show yet, but he may do a ticket give away. He hadn't printed official Blue Note flyers yet. They have billboards/posts all over the downtown area. But, I am meeting with him tonight to show him what we have. (Thanks LASnow and Sparkletay)
Personally, I have gotten all the local record shops and the music (instrument) stores to hang signs and pass out flyers. I have calls in to Best Buy and Circuit City to try to get them to hang stuff. Target can't but if flyers "mysteriously" appear, they will leave them. It's great to know people. That must be how my stickers and business cards remained on the endcap with the CDs for a while. Too cool! And, I am planning to hit the college campuses this weekend. I do have some flyers at work - Mizzou Cashier's Office - but I'm sure I'm not reaching as many students as I could. This weekend I'll chalk up the sidewalk about the website and post signs everywhere. Still emailing/calling radio stations. Need to send out packets to them I think.
