Will your first albums be re-released under a new label? I know you can't talk about record deal details some times. Just wondering how we can get the other Cd's.

Hi Dino, Wow what a ride huh? I am all the way on the other side of the world and so I am grateful to RS:INXS for educating us about Marty and then Lovehammers. I have heard a few songs from MOMM and will be ordering it this Saturday (Friday your time) when cdbaby get their act together. My question is: If you guys do end up touring with INXS, do you have any plans to extend your tour to other places...namely New Zealand? We are big fans of good rock music over here. We have a number of festivals but my pick would be The Big Day Out. Please, please, pleeeeeez! Tania

I actually have a question not related to Marty if you can believe that, not that I am not a major fan, but I think just about everything has been covered...and then some.
I just saw Motley Crue in July because I have loved Nikki Sixx since I was 12. I understand you too are a bit of a fan. Is that why you play bass? Is he really as cool as he seems?? Has Vince Neil ever been able to sing all of the lyrics to an entire song live, or just in the studio? What does Defend Chicago mean??
I hope you enjoyed this sanity break...now back to all Marty questions all the time...

Ok, I have a few questions.
1. Will Lovehammers tour Australia in the near future? 2. Are Lovehammers albums available in Australia? 3. Who do you think is the greatest, or most influential rocker of all times? and... 4. Do you need any roadies??? I'm keen and a fast learner!

Hi... a few questions (ok, a lot of questions) and one comment:
The comment: I love the personal touch with your website (the personal note with CD orders, posting to your boards, etc.) and I realize it will get harder as the LH tour and get more and more popular, but it is something that your fans love and appreciate. And love your music. As much as I enjoyed Marty on RS, the Lh music is so much better. Can't wait until you guys can make some more.
1) Do you have any idea about the tour...e.g. length, venue size, areas covered? E.g. will you be coming to Canada?
2) Has the band always just been the 4 of you?
3) When did you know the band was more than just a highschool thing, that it was something you wanted to do as a career?
4) What's your favourite: movie, song, colour, food, car?
5) If you weren't a musician, what would you be?
6) How hard have these last few months been, with Marty on Rockstar and potentially losing your lead singer?
7) On tour, what music will you be singing... songs from MOMM, L'Strange or will you be doing new material or both? or covers? Do you know how long your set will be?
8) Do you have a recording contract? Will we be seeing a new Lovehammers CD soon?
9) I am one of the many to by MOMM (and L'Strange). I noticed MOMM hit the top 25 on Amazon and #1 on MSN (and is now available on iTunes). Do you know what total sales are yet?
10) Will you be doing any Lh only shows for those of us who want to see a full 1.5-2 hours of Lh? Also, there are rumous of both a charity gig early in October and another gig in November just before Thanksgiving. Any details about where/when/ticket sales?

Dino, sorry me again. I saw on your site that you said you think the Chicago show will be the day before Thanksgiving. Is this shored up yet? And..is this going to be the benefit show that Marty spoke of? Or is that another event alltogether?

Hey Dino, Along with all the other international fans, I vote for you guys touring the word. If you guys tour with INXS, can you influence them to return to HK? (Michael Hutchence grew up here so they always came by to play.) Would love to see you guys here -- I'll be the tall chick in the Chicago T-shirt. Also, most importantly, White Sox or Cubs? Best, Constance

Hi Dino, have you guys been able to rehearse since Marty has been back in town? and if so, how has what he learned during his time away influenced the Lovehammers? and one more, where do you guys see The Lovehammers in 5 years time? Thanks for your time Dino, I agree with del901, your time and effort to give your website the personal touch makes being there so much fun. Cant wait to see The Lovehammers tour in Australia!

Hi Dino,
I'm curious - we know Marty is/was a real estate appraiser... What do/did you and the other members of LH do for a day job? And, are you all officially leaving those jobs behind you now that the offers are pouring in???
Thx! Audrey

Thank you Dino, first and foremost, for taking the time to read all our posts and answer as many as possible. It truly means a lot to us all. I'm new to the band fanbase as well, and I am very excited for all of you for all the things that are about to happen. From what I've seen, you all seem to be very levelheaded guys. That's what I like the most about each of you, music aside. If this counts for anything, I vote for blogs too. My question is: I know that Marty's decision to try out for INXS had to affect each of you, with both positives and negatives. We all got to watch Marty grow as a songwriter in this process. Given that, do you think any future song(s)may tell the story of this experience through all of your perspectives? Thanks again Dino.

Hey Dino! Hope you guys are having a great ride with all the buzz on the Lovehammers! Thank you for your music. I haven't had this much fun or a long time! Will you be back in Chicago to play anytime soon? I wish I had know of the LHs sooner. Take care, try to stay sane throughout this next year and have the kick-ass time of your life

Two questions for Dino:
1. Will there be an "official Fan Club" that comes with benefits such as DVD of world tour, etc? (INXS.com has details of their's, would be great if LH has similar type) 2. Do you think you will re-release any of your 2 CD's with some new material prior to the INXS/LH world tour?

Just one question. Okay 2 related questions. 1. Is INXS aware that the Chicago venue will likely draw as many (if not more) Lovehammers fans then it will INXS fans?
2. Given this is the case, will they be willing to allow you to perform an extended set for this concert?

Hi Dino, How are you enjoying all of this love and attention? I have a special request. Please include Athens, GA on your next tour. We would love to see you all and show you, Marty, and the guys a grand time in our little music haven of the south. The 40 Watt would be an ideal club for you to perform in www.40watt.com. Come see us!!! Cheers

Hi Dino,
My husband and I love your music and can't wait to hear the Lovehammers in concert!!!
Here are my questions:
1. What can we LH fans do now to help get the word out about your music? If we call our local radio stations to request LH, should we request the same song(s) for greater impact? What do you think?
2. What does Marty think about all of the attention he is getting from fans, especially the ladies!!?
Thanks very much!
Lisa

Dino:
Will you release future CD's without a Parental ADVISORY for explicit content? Songs sound so much better without the sh*&, f#*k, G*#D#@m, M***F***. ( Example of disgusting lyrics is on the Velvet Revolver Contraband CD, really bad) You will reach a wider fan base without the tasteless language.

During these past weeks many new fans have come to know Marty as a versatile singer who has developed an intense and captivating softer side of his voice.
For these new fans, like myself, will you guys be working on a CD that appeals to the new fans who've fallen in love with the softer side of Marty's voice -- with this I mean more of a soft rock rather than a hard screaming rock?
