Trees Needs requests

LOL - I know! I am just dying to see the "Trees" video on top of hearing the single of the radio.

I just sent them another request to play Trees. Hope that Casualty will be next on everyone's playlist. I love that song.

There is a particular station also thanked in the CD liner that hubby and I have been calling constantly. They just played Trees 5 minutes ago!!! The DJ introduced the song by saying Marty is a local favorite. I am hoping the song is now in rotation. We will continue calling and requesting the song.

Here is a follow up to my above post. The station (WTMX) is sponsoring the INXS show at the Chicago Theatre. While "Trees" was playing, they had people call in to win a pair of tickets to the show and to a special lunch with INXS this Saturday afternoon.

A JD fan won the tickets and was ecstatic. She went on to mention that she saw the show in Vegas and that Marty and the Lovehammers were awesome, they rocked, and that she stood in line for the meet and greet and got the autographs after the show. The DJ's (Eric & Kathy) then started talking about Marty and the Lovehammers, saying they are going to be big, they rock, and they also mentioned the special show at Joe's tonight.

I am ecstatic right now as this morning show has a very large audience in the Chicago area. Please call to request Trees at 312-591-6800. I am also sending a thank you e-mail to the programming director and the morning DJ's (Eric & Kathy).

Awesome! I have been hounding and hounding the Mix to play Lovehammers. I saw they were thanked in the liner, too, and have been reminding them of that!

I am sooooo happy they finally played it! I got really nasty with them until I got responses from both the Programmer and Eric himself.

I only wish I had heard it! I am so happy right now!!!!!!!!

They do have a HUGE audience! This is great news!
