Be careful when voting for Trees!

Those 2 yellow warning exclamation signs at the end of the song title mean that their system has detected "abuse" - trying to vote more than once or fool the system. 2 signs (which Trees has) means that 100,000 points are deducted!

Read the info at the top of list (says How it works (please "Read this"); scroll until you see "Beware" in red. This explains why Trees has moved down the list . PV has lost some as well (1 sign). After 4 "mistakes" the song could be eliminated from the list.

I don't quite understand all those rules, you can't vote if your voting from a dial-up connection, this is counted as abuse! Am I reading that right?
Not everyone has broadband access!
If you look on the other lists there are many with warning signs, even the number 1 song has 2 warning signs.
Maybe this site isn't worth voting on, it seems a little weird to me.
