I wanted to start this thread for anyone (who's as cool as Sandra and spiritgateway ) - and wants to create his/her own Lovehammers promo items like stickers, cards, flyers, whatever! This is the place to post if you need help or want some feedback on your design. Also feel free to post if you're looking for help handing out your goodies! Ideas on Where to Distribute Your Promo Items* local Record shops * Book Stores that sell CDs (Borders, Barnes & Nobles) - also Media Play These stores usually have an area set up to distribute "freebies". * send to radio station DJs or local music editors/writers * Bulletin Boards * Hand out at Concerts, college campuses, or anywhere music lovers are gathered

How about Lovehammer logo buttons, small, cheap, easy to pass out at concerts?
Also I want to get the logo (black background, red LH) made into fingernail decals, but I don't know if I'll have time before Jan. 18th my concert date. I thought that would look cool eh?

If anyone has any friends who DJs parties, maybe you could give the DJ a copy of the CD for him/her to play at various parties. I think songs like Eyes Can't See and Straight As An Arrow would really get the crowd going and convice people to buy the CD.

For your various printing needs: www.vistaprint.comThey're *very* affordable and have a huge variety of products. I actually had that site bookmarked! Looks very reasonable. I was trying to see if they had double-sided postcards available? Let me know if I'm just missing it, or if you know of a site that has them.

Okay I was trying to be patient and wait and see what Epic has in store, but I only lasted two days before I started working on my own ideas - oh, well.....lol... Anyhow I need your feedback. This is a double-sided postcard that I just came up with. Tell me what you like or don't like. (I haven't done any pricing or anything, but would just like to hear everyone's thoughts.) Front of Postcard - names written according to that particular photograph L-R Back (will probably have to remove Epic's logo )

I think it looks great! I agree that you'll need to remove the Epic logo. Are you going to be mailing them to friends? Or stuff like leaving piles at record stores, etc.?

I thought - record stores, mailing to radio stations, handing them out at concerts, and giving them to other street teamers and letting them go wild!

Has anybody got a Lovehammers logo with black background & red LH only (no white lettering over the LH)? Or know where I can get it?

Thanks. Now I can embroider that in red satin floss on the a** of my jeans... Since I'm a size 16, that should show up from quite a distance when I'm out and about....

My sister in law used to have this crazy sewing machine hooked up to her computer....you scan a design into the computer and the info is sent to the sewing machine and voila...in minutes it sews the damn thing..... It was so cool.......for a sewing machine......
