Hopefully we'll find out more tonight and see if the theory pans out. Even if it does, the show will only add more questions. ;D

Ben is one evil s.o.b. One of my friends says she thinks maybe Ben and John are brothers and John is the annointed one meant to take on the leadership role and Ben is his lil snot nose jealous brother who wants to rid them of John so he can reign. Wouldn't that be a trip? Like a Cain and Able , Jacob and Esau scenario..kinda

Wouldn't that be a trip? Like a Cain and Able , Jacob and Esau scenario..kinda Interesting. Just as long as they don't kill off Ben...he's the reason why I kept watching it. I almost gave up on the show until Ben showed up. He is impeccable as a cool, calm, cold-blooded pyscho. I'm wondering if anyone else caught this. On the plane, when Jack asked him how he could read (during a time like this), he said his mother taught him. As we know, his mother died giving birth to him. Was this just an example of how he is a pathological liar, even in casual conversation, or was there something to that statement?

Well you know why or who I am watching Blue Honestly I think that the show has some of the most amazing and creative writing that I have ever seen on TV and I love it for that. I have said many times that if a show is predictable I will not watch it. I do not like Ben at all and don't see any redeeming qualities in his character but I hope I am wrong and that he really is one of the "good guys" . It's all good.

I got bored with last night's show....I kept waiting for something to happen. However, I know the show will have more meaning later down the road. I wonder who Horace and Amy's baby is?

Hehehehe My burning question: it's 1974, so where is Ben??? You'd think that within those 3 years Sawyer, Juliette, Jin, and the other guy would have seen him.

Well I asked someone about that and we are guessing he is in his late 40's now so then he was just a lil kid or preteen in 74? Maybe they were kept somewhere during the day? School or a special place on the island till they get older or old enough to help in some way? It's a good question though.

And the plot thickens...
I didn't watch it when Ethan kidnapped Claire, so I'm not too familiar with his character and what significance there is in him being the infant.
I wonder if some "relationship" will form between young Ben and Sayid...

Poor Sayid...duped yet again by a beautiful woman. Ben and Sayid, hmmmmm...... In this episode we saw and were reminded of the abuse Ben had to endure from his father, and we witnessed Sayid's "betrayal." Both major factors in why Ben turned out the way he did, I imagine. Sayid didn't seem too surprised that he went back in time.

Well did Ben really die? Or as someone else mentioned to me, that Jack or Juliet will probably Fix him, being Dr's and all. Did Sayid snap or did he perform a gut wrenching heart wrenching mercy killing? I don't like Ben at all but I freaked a bit seeing a child killed. But maybe Ben knew that was needed to put him out of his misery? I am filled with more questions and time is running out for them all to be answered. They may have to make a 2 hour TV movie to wrap it all up?

Ben survives somehow, because he lives to be an adult! Maybe the island healed him (like Locke). Or maybe, as you said, Julia or Jack. Or maybe Sayid "missed." Who knows....we shall see!

I was really disappointed with last nights episode. It was predictable and boring. What a cop out that Richard can heal Ben but Ben won't remember anything? Yeah right! It just seemed kinda like a jumbled last minute storyline or something? Maybe it's just me...haha It wouldn't be the first time.
