PAUL STANLEY’s ‘Live To Win’ Concert DVD To Be Previewed At Indy KISS Fan Expo
If you’re headed to the Indianapolis KISS Fan Expo next weekend, you’re in for a huge treat. According to a posting on KISS’ official web site, Paul Stanley has authorized a special sneak peek screening of his upcoming “Live to Win Live!” concert DVD. Director Louis Antonelli has put together a 30-minute piece, including a trailer and several songs from Paul’s Chicago House of Blues show. Antonelli will be on hand to introduce the film and will take part in a question-and-answer session directly after the screening.
The DVD is scheduled for a summer release.
The Indianapolis KISS Fan Expo will feature KISS drummer Eric Singer and will be held on Sunday, March 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (12:00 p.m. for VIP holders) at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis, East 6990 East 21st St., Indianapolis, IN 46219.
A clip from “Live to Dream!” — which is described as an insider’s glimpse into the creative process of KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley and his upcoming concert film/DVD, titled “Live to Win Live” — is available for viewing below.
Director D.P Carlson describes Live to Dream!’ as, “an insider’s glimpse’ into Paul Stanley’s creativity, and personal journey from his first solo album in 1978, to his latest ‘Live To Win’ release and tour. The film also captures the emotional and creative process of how producer/director Louis Antonelli’s concert film, ‘Live to Win Live!’ came to be.”
“Paul Stanley - Live to Dream!” features interviews with Paul Stanley, Louis Antonelli, manager Doc McGhee, band members Jimmy McGorman, Rafael Moreira, and Nate Morton, as well as personal insights from fans attending the Chicago concert and filming.
