This post is in response to the many fans who've emailed, Private Messaged, or posted questions asking why we've not made any announcements or comments concerning the recent news others have reported about Marty and Lovehammers. We know you're eager for news and wonder why we've not had any input or speculation. Believe us, this isn't done with the intention of being ambiguous.

We've been asked specifically by the band and their representatives to not disclose certain things they've shared with us until it can be announced officially. We've worked very hard to earn their trust and this is a crucial aspect of being able to do what we do with the web site. It's important for us to maintain a respectful and trusting relationship with Marty, Lovehammers, and their representatives - and many times nurturing that relationship is why we remain silent when you'd not expect us to be. Just because other people and other boards are reporting various tidbits of information doesn't mean it's been announced in an official capacity.

So please keep hanging tight because great things are on the horizon. In the words of the legendary Tom Petty: "The waiting is the hardest part."

You know guys, that is why I think I like this site more than any other....And I'm not one that has ever did this either. But am loving it. This is official and when you all put things up...we know that it is true and not a bunch of rumors floating and oh my...wouldn't want to be there....So, keep up the great work....

Yes, keep the board real...I like the website and this board and it's the only source I go to for anything about Marty and also when I just feel like "chatting" with other people from all over the world.
