So am I a bad mother that the kidlets have to miss the tree lighting tomorrow so we can go to our concert? I didn't want to go to the tree ligting anyway...as it is going to be frigid tomorrow night. Maybe I should have left that last part out.   I say don't worry. Just turn your own Christmas tree lights off then back on. Ohh and ahhhh like it is a big deal.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Spoken by someone who has no kids. And who should get the mom of year award for 2007? Not U....noooooo. |

Okay, I'm back.
Yes, Shy is right, we've had to do this before in Fangirls once before and in the 18 and over section, as well. Thank God Shy saves all the links, or we'd be in big trouble.

Hoot, here is the story from the thread that broke the forum. I copied it but I won't quote it. We were sitting at the table last night when CW knocked over her drink. She must take after her mum...but her drink was non-alcoholic. LOL Anyways, she says "Damn it!" to which I calmly explain to her is a nice thing to say. Since she is a kid, the next word out of her mouth is "Why?" So, I explain to her that damn it is really not nice since it makes God sad. To which she replies, "Does God like sh**?"  Where does she hear this stuff?  |

The country club near us is having a Santa thing next weekend too...so it's not like I don't do anything Christmasy with them. I am a little  I have an excuse to get out of the tree lighting though.  |

I didn't tell you all about the time when she asked me for a hangover snack.  She meant a snack to hold her over until dinner. At least I hope that is what she meant. Did I tell you all she is 4? |
