oh, I am ok, My saturday has started out weird, hubby woke me up at 4:30 being very noisy. I just now tried to wrestle a boxing bag upstairs with my son, the boxing bag won, he is still downstairs. ;D How are you? Boxing bag, wow that sounds kinda painful.  I'm good, just taking a break from cleaning and laundry. I've got a question for you, do you have an ipod, or another type of MP3 player? |

We have Motorola Q cells so we have music on there too. It is a kick bag from his karate days, but I have started using it now and want to put it in the exercise/slash office upstairs....but it is filled with tons of sand.  Way too heavy.  |

My oldest is 10 and she has an orange belt and my youngest is 6 and has a yellow belt. I agree it's a great sport, but I really like the idea that they learn how to defend themselves, especially in todays world ya know. |
