Needy Mom is another word for Human Garbage Disposal. I am the worst offender. I taste test (don't wanna say snack) while I'm cooking then I usually finish off what my kids don't eat. Its sad  I gained weight during my senior year of college (I did the senior 15 instead of freshmen 15)and when I lost the weight before my wedding I swore to myself that I would never feel uncomfortable again in clothing. I gained weight during a high risk pregnancy and I never forgave myself. It just sucks. Ok for Mother's Day: we're gonna say to ourselves. "I am a damm fine woman and I deserve more for myself than to treat this body of mine like a human garbage can". Are you in ladies? No more commiserating over empty potato chip bags and easter candy wrappers. Sorry to step on your toes 4Reeds, but I needed to kick it up a bit. Okay! I'll try!! We can all help each other. |

I had a 8.8 lb boy and a 10 lb daughter in 2 1/2 years!
Thank goodness for a c-section with my daughter. Half of the 10 lbs was all in her big head!

What ever happened to good old Barney? I love you, you love me, the happy family and all that. yikes Barney...the purple thing creeped me out!  Hey SIL Barney never creeped me out, it's the kids that had those freaky happy faces on when they sang those lame songs. Now the Wiggles are grown men that sing the same kind of lame songs. They're really creepy too, except we heard that they're the highest paid performers in Australia. So now when they have those goofy smiles on, hubby and I joke that when they sing: Hot potato, Hot potato Cold spaghetti, cold spaghetti there really thinking Lot's a mulla, lot's a mulla you're a foola you'rea foola AHHHHH I'm so rich Ahhhhh I'm so rich |

I used to hate exercising too, Penny. But, I turned a guilty pleasure into a motivation for exercise. I tivo General Hospital every day and only let myself watch it while I'm on the treadmill. It's pretty good motivation.  I find it's good for stress relief too. |
