I used to hate exercising too, Penny. But, I turned a guilty pleasure into a motivation for exercise. I tivo General Hospital every day and only let myself watch it while I'm on the treadmill. It's pretty good motivation. I find it's good for stress relief too. I do the same kind of thing, only mine is blaring LH or now watching the Live/Raw DVD. ;D It worked! Lost 25 some lbs. so far! WOW, nlt! See hubbies have no reason to complain about us being on this website. We are all getting skinner as we speak. ;D

Hey GP! Glad you are almost done with school? What are you going to do all summer? Well I only get a few weeks of quiet and then my sister has her baby and I'm suppose to go live with her and help take care of it! So I may not be on too much.... . I think I'll be die if I can't get on.

Needy I can't even imagine. She's ok now though - right I see babies that are 5, 6 or 7 lbs and can't believe how tiny they are. I'm the same way, 4. What a miracle baby you had, Needy.

Really? Wow!!! You go girl. Chi - that's a great idea. Before I injured myself at the gym, I used to only allow myself to watch the Bachelor or any other bad reality show if I did it on the treadmill. It did work.

What a miracle baby you had, Needy. Absolutely no developmental delays. She'll be 10 in September and will be going on to middle school. My second one was 7lbs and 6oz. When my oldest was in the NICU there would be an occassional 7 - 8 lb baby in there and I swear it looked like a first grader squeezed into one of the isoletes. Hey GP: Do you have much experience with babies?
