I just read Penny's Bobby squee. Yes, I love that man for his mind. What did he say? Oh, and this I must confess. Please keep in mind this was at the end of the night and it was very late. VERY late. I plead exhaustion. They came over to say goodbye and then left. I actually...leaned back in my chair so I could watch him walk out of the bar. The whole way. There is nothing wrong with that.

Marty who?
Kidding. But let's stay focused on Bobby if we can, please.

Penny, I dunno whether to hate you for drooling over Bobby or kiss you for having a good time last night.

Okay, so there are some funny things I can tell you guys. But I just didn't want you all to think that there was a big thing and that I was holding out.

Okay. So I get there and there is NO ONE there. Three girls at the bar and one girl sitting at a table. No Lovehammers either. I called Klly to be sure I was in the right place. Hee. As I am talking to her and walking past the dj booth, I walk right past Billy. Whee! Some guy that worked there was showing him how to use the dj equipment and so I walked up and asked them if they had anything by Lovehammers because they are, like, my favorite band EVER. Billy got a kick out of that.

It would have been even funnier if you fell out of the chair while leaning back Penny. Then maybe he would have turned around to come help you get up.

He was excited that someone came and at such short notice. I played all cool, like, "You caught me on a good night."
Yeah. Like I wasn't racing around like a bat out of hell to be able to get there.
I talked to him about the Sox game for a bit and told him I wish that they were Cubs fans so I could see them play at a game. And he tells me - get this - that they were asked to play at tomorrow's home opener, but Marty has to be back in NY today so they couldn't do it.
I AM GOING TO TOMORROW'S GAME. AHHHHH!
So I said, "That Marty. Pffft." And Billy said, "Yeah, it's always his fault." Heeeeee.
