ok hellOOOO how in the WORLD can you say Seattle is the bastard stepchild of music? Can you say Nirvana?  ok maybe I missed a key part of the conversation... Penny, got your PM! Diva did you talk to Mishelle? here's the deal...Diva & I are flying in around the same time, 4ish...& we have no plans but were gonna hit the city. Diva, Mishelle will pick us up but if we DO stay in the city then she has to drive back 50 miles the next day to get us again...should we just stay near the concert? Penny? where are you in relation to all this...chitownchick & hubby want to get together Thurs, too. Mishelle just wants to be sure she gets well rested since she will have been driving for 7+ hours & WANTS to actually remember the concert this time... hee hee and btw, I need help with my myspace, too. I registered it last year & cannot for the life of me remember my password  Ok Mishelle is already headed straight out to Tinley to Stay the night. I got the blue line train thingy wired so we hit the city go to hotel--bite to eat--wait for Penny. Penny gets off work later--7p ish then we go out. We are close to rockit so we were thiking that maybe or whatever. Can Chitownchick and hubby join? Chi is celebrating anniversary so we'll see her Friday. Mishelle will pick us up Saturday to go tot Tinley. Sound ok? where's Tinlet & what concert are you going to on Saturday???  |

Nirvana's exactly my point. If you think about it, I'm sure it will make sense. hmmm, fly, me thinks there's still about 5 gallons of ketel red bulls in my system on top of no sleep & a 9 hour drive home from vegas last night...(it should take 3.5) so helpppppppp.... I've noticed when bands get huge on their own steam, ten other bands that sound just like them pop up in their wake. Even older bands renovate their sound a little as the years go by. Kurt never followed popular trends. He just wrote what he wanted, and to hell with the rest of the world. He was almost the anti-rock icon. They're one of the few bands that could never be imitated, and no one could ever try. I think that personifies the "Pacific Northwest" sound and feel. Ramble much? ;D |

Hello JS and Jodie  Hey Needy I thought NY was in August!!!! I'll get excited when the band posts it and it's on a date I can make it to. I live in Central NY and if it's in NYC then it's not as easy for me. But we'll see. |

Ok Mishelle is already headed straight out to Tinley to Stay the night. I got the blue line train thingy wired so we hit the city go to hotel--bite to eat--wait for Penny. Penny gets off work later--7p ish then we go out. We are close to rockit so we were thiking that maybe or whatever. Can Chitownchick and hubby join?
