damn.....did I kill everyone with that diet...It for real worked.....I lost 150 pounds over just 4, maybe 5 weeks.....No pain no gain.......hehehe....Oh my  nancy, you mean months? 150 lbs in 4 or 5 weeks?  |

No MY Js....weeks....I lost that weight doing exactly that in about a month and a week.....not much more exercise than normal either really....I have before and after pics, a group of us girls did this and was a huge support for one another....by the second week, it's tough, but it can be done, because oh hello, I did it....

See?  ....That's the problem with diets, they have to be called something don't they?...No they don't.....You just have to have the mentality rate to want to change, and then just do it...This works, but it takes allot of mentality work, and it does change your physical appearances ALLOT.....It's named lessee......NANCY's beached whale diet.....heheeh....Yeah, that sounds good.....Nancy's beached whale.....Oh my... For real, it works....the first 7 days are the hardest, but you have to be continually eating, I'm not shitting you, stuff those oranges in your mouth....hehehe....but 0 grams for that first week, cheat once, and it's over....start over.... |
