My weekend was good--Spent today cleaning so that friends could come over this evening for a BBQ which is probably why the bugs--doors open--people in and out. It's good to have company--it's the only time I get the whole house cleaned at once! sounds fun I BBQ also and took my daughter to one of those U-pick blueberry farms so Im happy I got some color on my pasty skin!

It's funny. You have U-pick blueberry farms, we have U-pick strawberry farms. I know what you mean about sun on pasty skin. Same with me. I finally got some sun.

Deal! Argh! there are bugs of all types coming into my house. I'm got things flying (Flies and moths) and some jumping beetle like thing that I can't catch and the moth and the light thing is making me nuts tonight. I guess they wanted to come in from the heat too! at least you dont have locus (sp?) I was talking to my sister who lives in Nebraska one time and I could here Locus screeching in the back ground I think I would die If I had bugs like that around me! I grew up in Illinois and I remember the locusts and cicada's screeching. You knew it was hot when you heard them. Don't miss that! My dog's trying to help me out with the flies and the moth. So far she hasn't caught them either.

I only burn--so the only color I get is lobster red. I've resigned myself to high spf sunscreen and pasty skin! But since my hair is red people don't expect me to tan.

I don't go out in the sun long enought to burn or get a tan. Me with a tan is unusual. It's funny, my friends usually shield me when I sit out in the sun during lunch at school. Something about not loosing my pasty white complexion.

He had two surgerys for it. He jokes around with it. He says he got a face lift. On one side of his face it looks like it too.

I don't go as often as I would like. I'm only 20 miles from beaches here in LA. Although I prefer areas that are a little further away from the city up the coast.
